Amazing woman. Amazing interview. She is a magical person. Thank you so much for this video. I love how she says we often talk “at” what’s sacred vs listening. Beautiful video. A great contribution.❤

I have been an isolated Quaker for 24 years. I have tried zoom meetings but they are not the same. I miss having the real meeting.

I enjoy all your videos but this one is particularly powerful. It is so hard to find words to describe what we seek and can find within! This speaker evokes deep spirituality and explains the source without resorting to religious terms that have negative connotations for so many of us. New to Quakerism, I find such a joy in coming to realize I need not turn my back on logic to also embrace my spiritual self.

I really resonated with this. I recently started attending a Quaker Meeting in my area and it's been very good for me and my son. I feel it helps me show up better in life.

Thank you very much for sharing this. i find a peace and beauty in silence,. What is that like in community? I do go to Christian meditation where they quietly say Maranatha, to quiet the mind but I prefer nothing but the breath and an openness to God. Is there a multiplicity in Quaker silence or in what way do you quiet your mind? Thank you
