Were any of these newer homes Willard school's still. We are really hoping to stay Willard. Or do you have a video that includes more in the area? Thank you for doing local videos for us!

Ps next door to Gailey's is Stick It In Your Ear. You could probably hit Erik Milan up, the owner, and help him know more of what we are looking for. (hint hint) 😉

I don’t believe any of these neighborhoods are Willard schools, BUT I know of a couple new construction neighborhoods in Willard schools 😊

@@wiserlivingrealty I just told Erik all about this video and the one about downtown where you even mentioned our store! Thank you! 💞 We are trying to sort out all the major decisions for a new home. Pre-owned, new build, subdivision, out in the country, needs work, so many pros and cons. That of course is only the tip of the iceberg. 🥴 🏡 How does anyone ever know for sure?

My husband and I are looking at Springfield. My husband does masonry work. Would you know the pay rate for masonry?

All the homes are being built out of tickytacky. Junk. Over priced. Bubble. Quality material is out of reach for the average consumer.
I've been building her for 35 years.
More frozen pipes last week in new $250,000 homes should be a good example. Very few older homes.
