I think one way they could improve it would be having percentage options on the buffs, so MR30's that want to give out buffs can decide their duration, like a 25% buff= 3 hours, 50%= 2 hours, 75%= 1 hour, etc. Though that would likely be a coding nightmare.

The amount of time you have to play or money you would have spend to reach MR 30 is ridiculous. You should be able to at least have a daily booster to pick from that is actually on par with the ones you buy or some other worth while daily booster. To reach MR 30 you need to be a dedicated player. At the moment people who are MR 30 have maxed out every item (that can be leveled), completed every junction, steelpath, maxed out railjack intrensics and probably a couple others things I can't remember. This must be overwhelmingly disappointing to the absolute die hard fans who reached MR 30 recently.
Why are there so many self centered pricks in here who can't wrap their heads around the idea that the boosters are a way for MR30s to help other people? This was obvious from the get go since everyone in the relay gets it.
@@hadesjanitor9680 Yes because wanting to give people a better booster worth their time is bad. The boosters suck, so why go out of the way to arrange a daily meet up in a relay. If the boosters were better (even just make them 50% instead of 25%) then it would be worth it to actually arrange daily relay meet ups to buff people. The whole point of MR 30 (the relay booster part of it) is supposed to be a nice way to bring the community together. Why would I make sure I'm online for a meet up just to get really small bonus. I understand that DE don't want to undermine the payed for boosters but I think if they at least buffed the buffs & boosters up to 50% then that would actually be worthwhile. When they are all at 50%, imagine trying to pick which 1 to give for the day. They all become really good as opposed to not worth it.
Thing is with the boosters, I already feel it's very clunky to receive a blessing, like, how do you do it, you bother all your MR30 friends (do you have any?), you ask region chat? And then, if one MR30 can be bothered to go on a relay, just for you, then fine, but if you're 2 or 3 more people (I wouldn't go out of my way for a single random, as a MR30), then what, you... vote for the buff? And then it's only 25% anyway so LOL, I don't see it ever being worth setting up for.

It's a combination of the way the game is designed backing them into a corner and the amount of time it takes to update content forcing them to try their hardest to stop people from grinding too fast and quitting after they reach the last of the content. Frankly, I really want to love this game, but everything DE is doing won't let me. I don't play anymore even though I have a ton of stuff to grind for just because I know there's nothing satisfying waiting for me at the end of that grind.
Haven't seen anyone looking at this from another perspective, perhaps it was designed more for those with the "elite" MR ranks to help those trying to achieve that goal....but they probably would have said that if it was the case. It is still a nice feature to help your newer or lower ranked clan members though
that was the intention, that MR 30's could share buffs, but the truth is for a new player starting out a 25% booster for 3hrs isn't anything when any endless mission past a few rota's gives you that same buff... and there's a reason they sell double resource boosters...the game's economies are calculated around the doubled resource/affinity/whatever boosters and then they half that to create a sense of never having enough and incentivize people to buy boosters (all F2P's with resource economies engage in some version of this)...Therefore you're not really giving much to those lower MR's in the clan with just a 25% boost since you're not boosting the most important thing, resource drops, and the others are negligible boosts, probably not even saving half a rotation of SO/ESO/Hydron leveling and maybe giving you a few extra k credits at most...
To be fair, i never expected this to be a main game mechanic and more of a minor thing. Can you imagine stacking full 2x boosters? Like 10 MR30 people activating this and all the relay has 2x loot drops for like a week or something, that's insane, it will completely trivialize the platinum, boosters. And if you could stack them with the normal boosters, like come on Brozime. We all love to min max, but maybe having the ability to, on demand, trigger 4x affinity or 4x credits or 4x drop rates will mess up with the game. These can stack further with cavat and rare weekend events to impossible levels. Drop rates like this makes DE want to put a 0.001% drop chance on a rare enemy. If a metamancer is *THAT* far ahead from a player playing normally, it messes up with the game (forcing people to min-max) Example: 1) Normal player has 2% chance to drop a rare thing from an enemy and you need 10 -> ~500 kills -> doable / reasonable 2) Metamancer activates (aforementioned theoretical) booster combo, gets his kavat to amplify drops while combo ing khora with ore gaze -> he gathers 20 from a single mission -> unreasonable breaks the game The meta should be 30% - 70% more effective on damage, farming ect, not 20 times more effective, then it pushes everyone to do it. DE then looks into people's inventories and sees that "rare" item obtained 100 times and they are like "welp, i guess we gotta make it a 0.01% drop chance then" and poor people who don't min max are left in the dust. Them making these 25% boosters is fine. It's a neat extra thing, not meant to break the game with 4x multipliers. Also, in a game all about damage, 25% more damage is *substantial* sorry to disagree with you. We don't **NEED** it, but that's the point of the game and a buff useful to people who don't have anything to grind for atm.
i mean getting to mr 30 is quite a job to do... and the buffs are not for u alone make them 50% and ill take it but 25% i mean is better than nothing but still bad and sorry but 25% dmg is pointless when u can just 1 shot everithing u want if that's ur goal and 25% dmg on avrg missions is also pointless if u already with 1 hit have the dmg to kill 100 of them
Yea everyone hates buying boosters from the market. If it was 100% and 3 days then you could pay a lvl 30 to give you the boost and at least the plat would still be in rotation rather than vanishing back into DE's pocket
@@DarvathVerilia >Pay a MR30 to boost you Thats hilarious, DE ofc would never encourage something like that, and thats prob one of the reasons its such a miserable boost.
I haven't confirmed if it's correct but someone said the boost only lasts for 3 hours, but if that's accurate then 10 people giving a single boost would only give a 30h booster, so yeah even at 100% who TF would pay for that? ...and what you'd pay each person 2-5 plat? I might do that a few times but 5p wouldn't interest me enough go do that very often.
the buffs aren't for MR30 players bro, they are so MR30 players can show up and flex to newer players who would appreciate the buff MR30 players don't need anything, so any buff would be pointless for them
I feel like these should all just be permanent boosters at 30%. Maybe all Mr ranks should give a small boost 1% each rank, but then again it's not like anything in this game is difficult enough to warrant those.
yeah but that would make the boost feel even more insignifiant, in the same way people dont really see, loadout capacity or small increases to daily caps adding up to make life a lot more conveneient
@@0netwoguy54 it will make getting a single argon crystal marginally quicker if you dont just hang around survival for a garunteed one It would be useful if it had a mod booster so i could get ballista measure or the necramech mods a bit less tedious
alright, lets ignore the fact that the booster rates are pure garbage and assume they will be buffed in the future, but why is the buff given to random people in a relay only? why is there not an option to give the buff to your clan instead? every single step of what they did was wrong
Am I the only one who thought the font was like literally a word font style? Like how funny would it be if they could choose to write in cursive or some shit.
I think a half booster is the sweet spot. Maybe you could convince me that a full booster is better since a half one is not all that useful for solo MR 30 players, but a triple booster like you mentioned would trivialize the grind for a noob (especially if it stacked with a purchased booster) as well as any new economies that DE tries to set up in the future (imagine how fast the resource grind would have been on Deimos if you had a triple resource drop rate booster stacked with a regular one). I also don't think they want to incentivize noobs to just hang out in relays hoping for a blessing before they play each day. That said, I don't know why there isn't a resource booster instead of just a resource drop rate booster. Giving us a 50% chance on pickup to get double drops seems like a nice bonus to give randos or your friends that are trying to grind something without being broken.
Fun fact: the blessings don't stack, receiving the same blessing you currently have just refreshes its duration back to 3hrs, still remains 25% tho. Few of us tested this a couple days ago.
I hope there is a way you can remove the buff if you don't want it. For example someone who "abuses" shield gating the shield buff could actually be bad...
Easy solution to this would be 100% booster efficiency on the MR30, 25% for the rest. I know DE was scared of this, in theory you could give yourself a free boster with 8 coordinated MR30s, which a lot of the bigger clans will probably able to do soon. So if you coordinate, its a free booster FOREVER. ofc DE wouldnt want that.
They heard how hyped we got over the blessing buff, they did the same exact thing and made a helping nerf BOOSTER EDITION because apparently the thought of having a 24 hour free booster of their choosing (from blessing list) is good....25% OF ALL BUFFS WHEN IT SHOULD BE DEFENDANT ON WHAT BUFF IT IS, I'm thinking 300 affinity for focus farms so you can complete it, 50 to 75 on credits because double would be a tad bit much especially with a double booster, 50 to 100 resource booster but if it's 100, take away the option to buy the booster, so just basically a free drop chance booster, still worth it and doesn't hurt anyone at all, and for the holy trinity of useless just get rid of it, make the three loot vacuum +7m, passive energy +1.5 and then finally increase CC CD D and SC by a small decent amount rather than being just damage, then make it so void traces are either easier to get or take less to upgrade a relic, that would help the trade system and keep people buying whilst encouraging people to play the game to get that buff, it'd make the game easier to farm, easier to have a goal and reason to play, and best of all they could always add more blessings and "end game" content, I'm all for lvl 10000 but look, level and modifiers are sometimes a challenge but WHAT'S THE REWARD BECAUSE JUST LIKE BLESSINGS THEY'RE ISN'T A REWARD AND IF THEY'RE WAS, IT WAS A SMALL LITTLE TITANIA PARTICLE OF ONE AS SMALL AS THE DROP RATES OF RARE ITEMS OR MODS THAT THEY THINK ARE "VIABLE", we put grind time and we get shit, we put grind time and we look to the future, the future looks great, but then DE fucks it all up by changing something, for helminth it was MR and nerfs and for blessings they probably changed the numbers after seeing how hyped we got and didn't announce it a "Nerf" of what it could have been would they have been more loose on the point of "buy plat and boosters"
IMO: DE would be better off adding 4x boosters (And replace the shitty resource drop Chance booster with a Resource booster) but make them once a week and last for 8 hours
This is also a solid idea. Even if it was twice a week for 4 hours each to be more generous. The current system is useless, with that said it’s at least something? Idk
the duration of this whole video sums up pretty much every vets feeling. un-enthusiastic & dissapointing. a few nice trinkets but no satisfaction. sums up the game state pretty well i'd say. a great need-to-see vid for any new "tenno" *cough*cashcow*cough*... my MR25 azz aint too excited to get to mr30. way to much suffering for me to get there translation.....f. it. all.
I don't think the blessing is that bad. It's not a strong booster by any means, but at MR30 you don't really need one. I feel like it's more a way for a veteran to be able to help out newer players in a way other than just showing them the ropes. Seems pretty cool for that :) edit: I feel like if they were really high they could be abused by being stacked. The game is already easy enough if you're properly geared
Yeah, but if the boosters aren't high enough for the vets, why would they bother going out of their way to go to a relay in order to give a minor advantage to new people, most of whom they won't even know? You're looking at a 1% or 2% of players who would do that without a good reason.
@@dark-cn9yq 25% damage buff for an MR2 player exploring a relay for the first time is pretty good. Most people don't go out of their way to help others, but many do, and I think this is a cool way to spread a little bit of influence without having to personally carry everyone through missions
@@KingJerbear no, a 25% boost to an MR2 player is actually useless because they havent unlocked the content to grind for exp yet like hydron/ESO ect, instead they will be getting a 25% boost killing lvl 4 grineer on earth, also the buffs do not stack at all, they just refresh the duration
so apart from the boosters i cannot find that back plate on any website that his operator has on. anyone have a name for that? looks like the orvius but i didn't know there was a cosmetic like that...

I don't see the issue with the %. If they made em doublers, people would be spamming chat asking for blessings at X relay. I think 25% is a solid number to prevent people from wanting it too much, while still providing a decent amount.
they miss the ball alot- just not enough people have the balls to do anything about it, for change to occure.
@@Shadow_of_Christ They missed the ball when they plan to "balance" the combat system by nerfing melee. The game has a whole laundry list of shit to fix, yet here they are with their heads up their asses.
No resource drop increase, only drop rate increase. These do nothing for kuva.
the best way to farm kuva is steel essence, which is affected by drop rate increase. Not that i am justifying the mere 25% boost, thats disgusting.
@@felix_patriot i dont have 2 hours a day for waiting for the drop rates to ramp up in the endless missions. I just do all the available kuva missions once before doing the sortie and then again for the second time after the sortie.

@@lihavalokki5705 oh maybe you didn't hear about the new most efficient steel essence farm. You no longer need to wait 1hr on Ophelia for them to start dropping consistently. The new Steel Essence farm is on Odin. you only have to get to round 5 (20 mins of interception) before you are getting 5-6 pickups per round. After round 5 it averages out at 175 steel essence (116,000 kuva) per hour.
Considering that you activate these 25% boost effects on endless missions in the first 4 rounds, it's pretty... insignificant.
My expectations were low enough to not be subverted.
there's no way DE would know what a good reward is without playing the game.

it's not free at all imo, you put thousands of hours into a game and this is the reward -_-
@@Lectrikfro the good thing is that they could reduce the time it is effective for to compensate. For example, let's say an MR30 uses the exp blessing and everyone in the relay earns something outrageous, like 200% exp for the duration but the buff only lasts 30 minutes.
I think one way they could improve it would be having percentage options on the buffs, so MR30's that want to give out buffs can decide their duration, like a 25% buff= 3 hours, 50%= 2 hours, 75%= 1 hour, etc.
Though that would likely be a coding nightmare.

The only happy medium with the master’s font I can think of would be a 75% booster that doesn’t stack with itself, but you can get one of each type per day. This way it’s at least a semi-noticeable boost without completely taking away incentive to just get a regular booster so DE can keep their business model
That's the funniest part. The buffs already don't stack with themselves. If you get 2 of the same blessing it just refreshes the duration to 3 hours.
I'm almost MR 29 and I can't be bothered to farm out the rest. I want to be motivated to farm it out being so close but I just can't be asked especially since there's such little incentive to do so. I think I'll just slowly naturally get there as they add in more stuff I want to farm in the game (not just MR foder). Then once I hit MR 30 I'm done farming mastery period legendary ranks or no. I'm actually curious what there breakdown is for how many players in Each MR rank though how exclusive those Last MR ranks actually are
MR 29 here too and personally, I'm missing:
- Founder's Exclusives
- All new stuff added to latest Deimos patch + Nezha Prime Access
- Primaries: Zenith
- Melees: Plague Zaws (crafted but not levelled), Zenistar, Sigma & Octantis
- Pets: Sly Vulpaphyla, Pharaoh Predasite (Gilded but not levelled)
- Other: Rank 10 Intrinsics (all at rank 9 right now).
Just like you, I have zero reason to farm those things right now, especially seeing as I'm much more invested into another game.
Ah yes, time to level every piece of equipment ever added to the game over the course of 7 years so I can get an additional 25% boost for leveling equipment. Great game design 👌

But if the booster is garbage, then why would I even go out of my way to activate it?
Need the mastery "slabs" as decorations, NOW!
Meanwhile you literally get the same bonuses from doing survival missions for 20 minutes or more
20:35 That explains why the affinity blessing didn't seem to speed up ranking.
*After all the years playing warframe, let me see the final test of my mastery.*

Dev's obsession with "balance" in PvE game strikes again
Balance with no challenge past a certain point. Gotta love it.
If a metamancer is *THAT* far ahead from a player playing normally, it messes up with the game (forcing people to min-max)
Example:
1) Normal player has 2% chance to drop a rare thing from an enemy and you need 10 -> ~500 kills -> doable / reasonable
2) Metamancer activates (aforementioned theoretical) booster combo, gets his kavat to amplify drops while combo ing khora with ore gaze -> he gathers 20 from a single mission -> unreasonable breaks the game
The meta should be 30% - 70% more effective on damage, farming ect, not 20 times more effective, then it pushes everyone to do it.
@@DarvathVerilia >Pay a MR30 to boost you
Thats hilarious, DE ofc would never encourage something like that, and thats prob one of the reasons its such a miserable boost.

Maybe all Mr ranks should give a small boost 1% each rank, but then again it's not like anything in this game is difficult enough to warrant those.
Oh no your making Scott mad
yeah but that would make the boost feel even more insignifiant, in the same way people dont really see, loadout capacity or small increases to daily caps adding up to make life a lot more conveneient
Only thing marginally difficult is toroids, and even then the main issue is enemies dying too fast and not spawning more meatsacks

alright, lets ignore the fact that the booster rates are pure garbage and assume they will be buffed in the future, but why is the buff given to random people in a relay only? why is there not an option to give the buff to your clan instead? every single step of what they did was wrong
Seriously clans could actually become more popular and more useful with changes like this
25%? They could've at least made it 30% for MR30

Bruh DE Just said fuck it lets kill warframe by the end 2020
You are so draining that was the hardest youtube video I've ever watched
@@DeeJay5K does it stack with normal boosters, though?
@@IAMTHEJUGGERNATE yup it does
I hope there is a way you can remove the buff if you don't want it.
So if you coordinate, its a free booster FOREVER. ofc DE wouldnt want that.

brozime's mesa fashion frame looks so sick
Idk

I don't think the blessing is that bad. It's not a strong booster by any means, but at MR30 you don't really need one. I feel like it's more a way for a veteran to be able to help out newer players in a way other than just showing them the ropes. Seems pretty cool for that :)
edit: I feel like if they were really high they could be abused by being stacked.
