For the Black Hole glitch? Well, I was messing around with tracks and Thwomps and then I did random things with a maxed out track limit. I removed the track from the Thwomps and then immediately maxed out the limit again and then I found it. For the Item Cloning glitch? I have no idea. I didn't find this glitch. Why it always involves Thwomps, tracks and the Undodog? BECAUSE TRACKS AND THE UNDODOG ARE EXTREMELY BROKEN IN GENERAL! And Thwomps and Bowser are the biggest sprites with the biggest hitbox that just completely break on tracks, like every hitbox. It's done to allow overlapping with other objects on other track pieces and other objects in general, but has the side-effect of being overlappable with eachother. Not a problem, because you normally can't overlap two objects on the same track piece. They just overwrite eachother. But when you glitch the game to put the tracked object off of the track while the object still thinks it's on a track, things get really glitchy. Since it's no longer on a track, you can move it freely. And you can overlap these objects with eachother on the same tile. If you put 35 objects on the same tile, ALL LOGIC BREAKS IN THAT AREA! Not even undoing is safe.

Well, it's kinda both. Using this easier way to create a black hole, it's possible to clone items that you couldn't clone before. (You could only clone Items that are able to go onto Tracks/Claws before.) If you're wondering why it's only possible with this easier Black Hole Glitch method, it's because of Undodog only Undo'ing 20 steps. :p
