A great chef from Bombai presents an Arabic dream recipe with a traditional Greek song on the background. Amazing how crossroads of cultures meet! Thank you!
I’m middle eastern & grew up eating falafel & hummus! This is a Great, easy to follow & beautifully presented recipe!!! I Actually Just made both hummus & falafel! The only thing missing in your hummus is tahini!!
I searched for Falafel recipes and found you. I gotta say that I watch many cooking videos but I really like your style and quality. You just seem so friendly and sincere.
thanks for this hummus recipe. it tastes amazing. i made for the first time following this recipe and its the only one i've seen using sesame seeds instead of tahini.😋
I was just going to ask when I saw this reply. I have made lots of hummus where I have used tahini. He has simply used unfrosted normal sesame seeds which we call white til seeds in India. Is there a difference if we don't use tahini ?
I absolutely love your recipes and specially the fact that you insert the history or the origin of the food you are cooking makes the experience all the more gratifying. Thanks a lot, looking forward to a lot more beautiful dishes from across the world.
Undoubtedly one of the BEST Chefs in the country. Extremely talented, well read, well heeled and humble. And of course a superlative cook. Indeed a feather in Rajashree Food's cap.
You prolly dont care at all but does someone know of a method to get back into an Instagram account? I was stupid forgot the login password. I would love any assistance you can give me.
Beautiful choice of background music here! :) ... The original is a very old greek song called Φραγκοσυριανη from Markos Vamvakaris for those interested. Thanks for the recipe. I would definitely do both hummus and falafel.
I like the tips you give and how engaging you are with the viewers. It makes cooking fun.. and I do pay attention to the filming details, too. Totally appreciate your dedication to excel at all fronts with your food videos! Iam Vietnamese-American, so these other ethnic foods are very foreign to me. They're so yummy though.. which is why I want to learn these recipes~
Different videos and all so different recipies for falafel. Out of all I will be trying this one. Fingers crossed. Wish me luck! I will be replying with a review. I just hope my wife loves it. Thank you.
@@lubnaarshi4511 you might want to check your statement out: Sodium bicarbonate and bicarbonate of soda are one and the same -- you may know it better as baking soda. This chemical compound has uses that go beyond acting as a leavening agent in your baked goods.

Sodium bicarbonate and baking soda are two different things

No WORDS TO PRAIS YOUR STYLE OF DEMONSTRTION FOR FALAFEL AND HUMMUS, THANKS.
what is the replacement for olive oil
you can use normal vegetable oil
what about ghee?
Very very nice enjoy watching n making it💝💝💝
Instead of using the sesame seeds use the store bought sesame paste(tahini). It's much better and gives and also gives the hummus a better taste
Really nice presentation and a very helpful video.
WHY DOES MY FALAFEL START BREAKING AS SOON AS I PUT IT IN THE PAN FOR FRYING
Same thing happened with me also
Add flour while mixing. It keeps the falafels stiff.
