Honest opinion (disclaimer: I’m in my 50s, so I’m probably a wee bit older than your average fan)... While watching the video, I was thinking “What the f%#@?!”. It’s kind of out there, and quite a bit different from your older stuff (although some of them were a bit odd, too). I played it again with my eyes closed, so I could hear the song and not be distracted by the psychedelics and general strangeness of the video, and the song is actually pretty good. Someone commented that it’s the theme song of millennials... it definitely does speak to the situation for so many young adults today. My kids have both moved home a few times while they were figuring things out and/or regrouping. I only discovered Rixton last fall and really enjoyed your album, so I’m a little (okay, a lot) sad about the name change (I really liked the name Rixton), and was disappointed that there was just the one album. That being said, I’m glad you’re back with some new music and I’m looking forward to hearing more from you boys. 😊❤️
