1) Are you 100% sure you have a TI-84 Plus C Silver Edition and not any other TI-84 Plus calculator? 2) What file are you selecting when using the actions method? You should not be selecting the .zip, make sure you drag the files inside onto your desktop first.

The cable is rarely the problem, in my experience. Double check that your calculator is turned on and try different computers first.

The exact button differs from game to game. Try pressing On, Clear, Mode, and Del.

Unfortunately, TI connect CE doesn't work with me. I can't drag doorse and games to my calculator. So I switch to TI connect and finally worked.

No. Worst that can happen is that your calculator crashes, which can be solved by pressing the reset button on the back of your calculator.

This usually means you have the wrong calculator. Are you sure you don't have the TI 84 Plus CE or a black and white calculator?

Extract the files first by dragging them onto your desktop and then into TI connect CE from there
I can't drag, so I use actions to open a file and it says one or more file is invalid, and just click ok, and nothing happens.
