@MrFlavioValentino It's no MTU engine, the engine is ABC (Anglo Belgian Company) 16VDZC of 3600Kw (4900hp), this company builds engines mainly for marine use, but the Belgian class 77/78 build by Vossloh also uses an ABC engine, as did some older, now withdrawn Belgian diesel locomotives.
The Maxima should be capable of even pulling more (eg 5000 tons), as I saw 1 Belgian class 51 of a lower rated tractive effort pull 40 loaded bogie wagons at 3200 tons (I will post the vid in the future)
