oh i see i never knew you had to keep cutting it down to fix it! i will try that! i was also wondering if you've seen when a toenail is split down the middle? i have this issue and I'm not sure how to fix it? first I tried cutting it down but its fully split so I couldn't and then I tried letting the split grow out but it seems to grow split now? is there something else I can do to fix this?

Anna’s done a video on a split baby toenail. I can’t remember the exact video title but search for baby toenail under her videos.

Hi :) Thank you Anna for these relaxing and informativ videos.
Maybe you already answered this question but I couldn’t find it.
Do you always do the pedicure with electric file? I try to do the same procedure as on my hands but maybe there are differences?
Once again, thank you for you advise and videos :)

That excavator tool reminds me of the tool they use at the dentist to scrape off the plaque. Same principle I guess

Do you rip the black hairs on the big toe out?

Is the separation occurring on the smaller nails as well or is that just a shorter nail bed? I often wonder if there’s a way to get the toenail nail beds looking longer and prettier like nails can with the weekly manicures and oil soaks (my nail beds are so much longer and prettier after following all your nail care for 1.5 years) but perhaps there’s only so much one can do with wearing shoes daily etc? I tried applying oil multiple times a day when home but it was a lot to keep up with 😂

I have a thickened pinkie toenail. Can I use the remover under watch it? I feel like there is dead skin or nail under there. Hope that makes sense.

I have a question about the rough, raised hard skin that develops on the outer edge of the hallux. I always used a callus razor or the Pedi-Egg. Now, I'm wondering if I've only made that area of skin tougher because I'm removing the skin. I'm not sure if what you say about the living skin applies to this area of the hallux. Also, at work the other day someone asked me about cuticle removal and I explained to her that she was actually referring to living skin, etc and I thought to myself, "I sound like Anna!" 😂

Hi Anna, big fan of your videos! When using blue cross, do you let it sit longer on the toenails? I got some but am not sure how long to let it sit on my cuticles.
Edit: short answer is 2 minutes and repeat if necessary. Long answer found here: ruclips.net/video/hcYWxq5Ht3g/видео.html

They are from Melody Susie. Not the best quality to be honest.

Once upon a time, I had a run in with a steel toe boot. My big toenail broke instantly, but it was strange; only the part closest to the cuticle broke, the top section was fine. It broke in a semi circle shape. Over the next few days, the broken section kept bothering me, so I cut it off. And then the part under the nail (i dont know whether or not to call it the nail bed actually) turned a disgusting dark blue and become very hard. This was ugly to me, so I kept cutting off the blue parts, and would femain with a hole in the nail. Eventually, the nail grew out, and it looks perfectly fine, but this nail is much darker than the others. Its been over 8 years, but is there a way to fix it? my other toenail is smooth and has a light colour, but this nail is dark with many ridges

No idea, probably damage to the nail bed (like you said correctly) or the nail matrix (the root of the nail) happened.

I had separation on both big toe nails, it has almost recovered now. I had to cut them short but be gentle and making sure that the free edge never gets longer than the toe, as i think in my case it was caused by tight shoes and pressure.
