      Cheers Deanna - there's still some Blackberries out there so get foraging! By the way, I've got a couple of the Strawberry Cupcakes left over from this week's video (I've eaten about 10 already this week . . . .) so I'll drop them off this afternoon!

    I love all the research that goes into your recipes. My only gripe is that the videos are not long enough! We used to buy your bread from the Tortoise Bakery - the 48 hour sourdough was just perfect. When you moved it was a massive loss. Hopefully you might find time to cover making this in an episode soon.

      Cheers!! Lovely to be remembered from the Tortoise days!! I'm focusing on plant based cake videos at the moment whilst I'm writing and testing recipes for my vegan cake book, but I'm planning sourdough videos for the future!! Stay tuned....

    Just soooo pretty! I really like this dry mix duo Mike and adding the arrowroot... had given up baking with rice flour ( too many flops) - really excited to give this a go :)

      Great!!! White rice flour with almond is definitely better than brown rice flour (on its own, and with almond). Interestingly, (ok, not that interesting) but Doves Farm "rice flour" is a blend of white and brown, so that's not the right stuff either... Tried everywhere and ended up getting my white rice flour from an Asian world foods store 100 yards from the studio/ bakery. Ok that's quite enough nerdy flour talk - hope you make the recipe, send me a pic if you do!
