Yep, my home was built super newly it just finished in September 2023 and it had rats in the attic by about November but I saw the first one in the house on new years. Talk about new years suprise. 🤮 their still doing construction btw

As part of your arsanal have a flex tube to attach to your exhaust for some jobs. I thought the tub was going to be cast iron. Just a cheapy instead. I watch every week. It's amazing how the rats know where the tub is. Good video from Sacramento

Wow, it is so interesting to see how homes are constructed in other areas. Where I live, you are supposed to have a rat wall beneath your cement floor. I can’t imagine what those people went through. They have such a cute house.

Wow, another good video, we are seeing a lot of rats coming from the sewer, I would say 30-40% of the jobs we do, the rats have breached the sewer pipes…. I’m gonna have a meeting with my techs and watch this video in a meeting…. Thank you for a great training video….

Had a miceproblem a month ago, thanks to you guys I knew exactly how to tackle it, 8 mice in 12 hours. Over 2 weeks I caught the last ones, about 5 kids they had I suppose. They werent triggering the traps and eating the peanutbutter until they were big enought to trigger the trap I think.

what foam would you reccomend .. My place is getting scary and of course its a mobile home with more holes than swiss cheese .. i'm about to rip out all the exterior walls and 50% of my ceiling .. I'm hoping the electric fence shocket bucket i'm working on does the job its a 5 mile one so should have decent jolt

How do you know when the rats have gone? I just heard something knock three times very loudly behind my integrated fridge freezer :(
We live in a block of five structurally connected terraced houses and put wire wool in my attached neighbour’s broken air vent/brick. We had heard two seconds of scratching in the wall about a month before but have no entry points. When we found and filled the big hole in my neighbour’s air brick three weeks later it was obvious there were rats in the walls. We took out the wire wool when one started to try and get into the kitchen (hoping it/they would leave through the hole in the air brick). So on Saturday we put the wire wool back in but we’ve been hearing strange noises for the last couple of days (the knocking sounded human!) It’s not scrabbling or scratching but other strange noises in the walls… There’s nowhere to put poison or traps as there is nothing in our living space. Nervous wreck here!
I had Mice in my attic, and i did lay down 11 traps in fact. And I caught 5 of them in 2 days. It can work. But I pre monitored before laying down the traps. I knew their pathways, so i planned it.
Mice infestation are soooo much easier to catch; just like the juvenile rats are easier. The large rats are very smart and will cannabilize each other before they hit a trap.
Like your strategy on monitoring first, then setting your traps to know how many to place. 👍
Please tell me what type of foam you use to block the rats… Whatever it is, that’s got this structural integrity. THANK YOU!

I have... I remember trips through small backwater places when I was younger. Remote gas stations with toilets that a rat wouldn't go into... I remember many an outhouse, with wooden seats and honeysuckle climbing on them and the stinging insects one had to dodge... and sometimes I would just go down the road a ways and pee in the bushes rather than go into those things. Yeah...I know the smell...
Have you ever gotten together with Carter the mink man ? He is a RUclipsrs. Catches rats with his dogs and trained minks. Would be awesome 😊
Its a shame you had to take out the tub, but sometimes its the only way. I know you guys only open the walls and ceilings , as necessary. I like how you safeguard the homeowners property. Your cleanup is A-1.
