I started my build over a month ago. Just got a new set of carbs in and went to fire it up and got a few bangs. Some smoke from the exaughst, then milky brown water from the spark plugs. Motor hasn't run in almost 7 yrs. Waiting to get the funds for a new motor now. Your boat is awesome. I'm gonna do basically the same thing, but wood strip decks instead of the aluminum.

Awesome Boat!! Where is this? Looks like such fun area to drive this thing around in but how do you know where youre going after an hour goin thru that. lol

Roughly just how fast do you figure your build will go?
So far it has maxed out at 41mph. Check out the part8 video to see the test run.
Do you have a video of the build? I've got two doner jetski and wanting to do one just like this one....or do you recommend a flat bottom?

I watched your first build....yep, went and got a boat, two jetskis. 😅
