I’ve been examined and I was told I have diastasis recti, so I was looking for a workout to help me with that when I came across your channel! I’m in London and gyms are closed at the moment, so your vids will be great help! I also loved to see that you have workouts we can do with kids, as well as this one with the buggy! And I’m excited for all I’m still to find here! But yeah, for now I’m basically looking for quick cardio followed by abs (DR) while my littlest one naps! 😉 Love from this side of the world! 🏴

Just finished the 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan and LOVED it!! One question, my gap is still about 1.5-2 fingers width after the 12 week plan. Should I just repeat the phase 3 exercise or do you have any others?
No problem babe! You can choose from either of the 2 x BONUS cardio workouts in my 12 Week Post Pregnancy Plan where I coach you from my home to yours inside and you get an equivalent cardio workout!
Great question Dani! Controlled rotations are just fine in this form, such as a warm up. What you need to avoid is rapid twisting (such as Russian twist) or rapid standing twisting exercises, such as opposite elbow to opposite knee. I did it in my living room (sans stroller) and picked up toys during the walk breaks 😜
