Hello Paddy, I traveled to Thailand as a tourist in Bangkok only a few months ago and was inspired to learn the Thai language and culture from my experience there. I have so far learned the entirety of the Thai alphabet including consonants, vowels, tone marks, and irregular spellings. I've found your channel to be a great resource for learning about the culture in Thailand and the stories from foreigners like me taking the leap to learn Thai themselves. I hope you continue what it is that you do on this channel and wish you the best!
mate, great video, content and timing is perfect and an ending that had me smiling stupidly sitting here on my own. Love this look at your return to the LOS, bring on Kanchanaburi. Thanks to the Thailand Tourism staff....they are awesome
Wow, your videos are an incredible journey into Thai culture and language! Your dedication and energy truly shine through in every video, and I'm constantly amazed by the insightful content you create. Keep up the fantastic work. You're spreading understanding and appreciation in such a wonderful way! 🌟🇹🇭
@@ThaiTalkwithPaddyIn 1988 I fell in love with Thai music while living in California. So I bought some cassette tapes of several awesome singers. Sadly 😢 I no longer have the tapes, but I did photo copy one cover. If l could Mail it to you (snail mail) or text you a photo of it, perhaps you or a friend of yours would recognize the singer? I don't speak Thai, so I can't solve this mystery without someone who speaks Thai. 😄😁🎼🎤🎧
@@ThaiTalkwithPaddyI'm enjoying your videos and I want to encourage you to apply for a job on a Thai TV station! I think the Thai people will love to see you on their TV! I'm very happy that I discovered your channel and can learn more about Thailand!!🎉 Are you familiar with an Australian guy who comes to Bangkok with many Vegans and rides a Tour de France style bicycle. His RUclipsr name is Durianrider.
@@ThaiTalkwithPaddyIf you ever have thoughts to visit Taiwan, I support and encourage you. *In each of your videos, please include what Thai food you enjoyed for lunch or dinner. 🥡🍚🐖🐔🐧 *Oh, have you ever seen Jason Rupp?
Thank you for another great video. Highly informative. I learned something new today. So much to explore in Bangkok alone. Keep up the good work and a big thank you to people at TAT for providing this opportunity for us to join you.
I've done activities 1/2/5 already, fun to see your take on it all though. Visiting China town was my favorite, fun to walk around at night lots of people and energy and great food. You are *way* more used to the typical Bangkok weather (or Thailand weather in general) I notice LOL! Every time I visit I sweat and sweat even when wearing the most breathable light shirts I can find. And I have yet to visit during the Summer season (March - May). Oh well, maybe eventually my body gets used to tropical climate.
@4:40 she said "ซื้อผ้าไหม กลับเข้ามา" should be translated to just "... in exchange for silk". She didn't mention Burma. I guess you mistook "กลับเข้ามา" (back inside - which in this case means "to import") with "กับพม่า" (with Burma)
Hey Paddy - How's the trip going? I thought you would have posted more of your adventures. I've just arrived in Chang Mai so different to Hua Hin and BKK - Feel I've returned to my Thai roots.
Could not agree more! I've been to Bangkok many times and there is so many cool things to discover other than shopping malls and places catered for sex/party tourists!
My partner is Thai, we have been dating for about 6 months now. I want to learn the language and possibly live in Thailand. I'm a australian nurse, I was wondering if you new what the registration requirements for a foreign nurse?

Paddy the travel blogger 😊 great stuff. I enjoyed this 👍
is he doing this full time now ?
@user-ie5tg5fs3m maybe a change of direction for him. I like his style 😎
Hi Paddy, great video once again 👍🏻 Would it be possible to make the subtitles togglabe?

Hello Am! I have always been secretly jealous of office workers. I think they have great jobs, no heavy lifting.😂

Are you still in Thailand Pady.
วิดีโอที่ยอดเยี่ยม

Wat Pho is where my families ashes are, near the middle where the rows of buddhas are, each owned by a family for thier ashes
น้องแพทดี้กลับมาแล้ว
Hi Paddy,
I have an idea for you. Why not post the same videos, but use Thai script and transliteration so that Thai learners can understand more?
I agree, I pick up quite a bit from these videos but can never get/understand the first part when you introduce the channel 😂
You pay hefty tickets to go to Bkk for 12h doing a video? :o
Do a lot of the Chinatown workers speak Chinese?
In my experience no, I would think it's only the much older businesses and families in Chinatown that would still have thier Chinese roots/ heritage.
Thailand has no PM for a few weeks. That sucks
While u love BKK, many Thais love Sydney.
