Josh - Instead of looking for random boards to use to cover the fish tank stands, you should use that valuable space for sponsors/advertising. Use a uniform material and have the spnsor send you the logo, etc. that they want attatched. When you show the aquariums in your videos, pan down to the sposors advertisement covering the stand for a few seconds.
Go with the theme all the way down black and add doors. Keep up the good work Josh stay motivated and stay fishing my friend.

Normally I'm a fan of black but I think cherry would be better since it would match the walls better and make the tanks stand out a bit more.

I like how the fish communicate with you through their actions if you know how to speak their language. Josh really enjoy hearing your rationale for why which fish goes where. Very educational for other fishkeepers. Have you guys ever looked at composite wood which I think is part wood part concrete? My understanding is it costs a little more but lasts forever. SFMF 🐟🐠🐟🐠

Spotless clown knifes are rare ? Every shipment ive got of them typically has one or two , the ones with the most spots sell first .
Everyone has their own definition of rare but yeah seen them selling for a few hundred bucks each at 16"

Hey Josh not sure on pricing paint lexan or mrp board drill tap holes in frame cut heads of bolt to make pins drill holes in lexan or mrp board slide on the to the pins drill finger holes so you can grab and pull it off for access

If you clearcoat the wood paneling with water proof gloss you could still go with the paneling

You're right!👍 I don't like that back-shed cardboard box look🥴. I also don't like the slate around the pool. I prefer the clean-cut look, easy to clean areas. The plants work well up the front of the pool. Especially if you're planning to have tours. Black fronts would be less intrusive and make the fish stand out more. Cherry wood would make it appear more lounge like. I don't like those white curtains hanging down at the side either. Or the disco light. I would put a blue light in or something, to replicate the moonlight. Apparently it makes the fish feel better at night. My lights have that blue light feature also, I turn on at night.
what does gravel back mean? its hard to believe that the small fish move the big drift wood
Gravel vac .... vacuum the gravel get all the dirt from under the substrate

Gravel vacuumed for sanitation. It still needs to get done as long as there is stock living in the tank. Gotta get Hubert's poop and other detritus out of there.

I don't see go with the black go with a flat black not a gloss black that'll help reduce the reflections when you're trying to film by the way. besides black and beautiful and black goes with everything.

josh why not take out the male ray now and you don't have to worry about it later because you never know what's going to come up later what will take up your time from you to move him if you can if you can think about it do it Is that where he can get on to the business of fertilizing other females in other tanks And his mama can do her own thing and protect your pops
