What are some of the things you find hardest to be patient with?

Love is patient...it is not easily angered. Love your neighbor as yourself. Therefore, be patient with others (and also yourself) as a show of love. It's not always easy, but it's the way to be.
That said, I will admit I have very little patience for people who stand in a doorway. Like, at least take a few more steps so people can get around you 😂. But really, the larger issue for me is a general lack of situational awareness.

Patience is a skill that touches every aspect of life, from work to relationships. It's about understanding that everything has its own pace, and by practicing patience, we allow things to unfold naturally, often leading to better outcomes. It’s a discipline that requires constant practice, but the rewards are immeasurable in terms of personal growth and emotional well-being.
Sharing your journey, struggles, and improvements can resonate deeply with others who are going through the same challenges. It’s not about being an expert but about being relatable and honest in your experiences.
We live in a world where everything is designed to be fast-whether it’s information, food, or entertainment. This has conditioned us to expect instant results, but life doesn’t always work that way. Embracing patience in an impatient world is about reclaiming control over our impulses and recognizing that some things are worth waiting for.
Impatience is a natural part of being human, and it’s important to acknowledge that it’s okay to slip up. What matters is recognizing when we lose our patience and making a conscious effort to improve. This mindset allows for growth without the burden of perfection.
Self-compassion is essential. Being patient with yourself is just as important as being patient with others. When you give yourself grace, you create a more nurturing environment for personal growth. Patience is a journey, not a destination, and every small step counts.
