  • In todays adventure I'm joined by Tony for an unpredicted storm wild camp up on Lingmoor Fell. Our original plan was a wild camp in Wales but after checking the weather forecast the weather looked better up in the Lakes. We chose Lingmoor Fell as the heather was in full bloom and we were looking for the epic shot down onto Side Pike.
It was a rough walk in and camp but the weather improved during the morning to allow us to get the cameras and drones out to capture some fantastic images and footage.
Hope you enjoy the adventure, so come on " Lets Do It "

Cheers Phil, bloody fantastic these shots you got in the morning. Definitely worth a frantic hr 👌. I love it up there, one of my favourite walk to introduce kids to the amazing views and hopefully givdvthem an interest in the mountains n hills. Like you said, quite a bit of scrambling which is good cause its not just a slog, makes it interesting. Cheers for sharing, never get tired of seeing those views. Nice one lads

It was a damp one for sure. That weather came from nowhere! Looks like you made the most of it anyways. Some great shots. That wall up there always reminds me of Hadrian's Wall. It must have taken some building, back in the day

Wales a wash out - surely not! Love Blea Tarn and I never seem to make it to Ligmoor, as I always get mesmerised by the tarn. I think that rain followed you from Wales but nice to see the heather out, despite the mist. A forecast of clear skies and no rain sounded about right when you were sitting in your tent😂. At least you has some nice warn hotpot to keep you warmed up and at least you woke up to a great morning, which got you a couple of great shots, cheers Alan

how long did it take you to get up there? Looks lovely, shame about the rain!! You should do a review of the lanshan, (sorry if you have already), as im toying with a lightweight tent. Great vid as always pal :)

Hi Leon, the walk was around 3 mile, not sure how long it took but wasn’t rushing lol. The Lanshan is a great little tent for summer and can stand up to some weather, I’m not a reviewer but I’ll help were I can. Thanks for watching mate 👍
