Getting those things to work even remotely well is a real test of resilence sometimes but it's very gratifying when they do
First time using one. 2 test prints, from previous slices, with no adjusting at all. I also had a problen with Z-Banding/Layer Lines. That's gone.... So far so good. More testing to come!
Hi, i wonder the flowtech heatsink for cr10 se is good or not😅. I got issue with the heatsink. I try to find replacement for that
Anything out of microswiss is gonna be quality
what slicer are you using ?
what filament are you using ?
is that noise the extruder fan ??
if your standby temp is too low when it does a z-hop with 100% fan, it can cause the filament to be too cold when it comes out and not bond well or at all.
i print my PLA at 222°F with stand by temp at 190°F
i run my extruder fan at 30%, and Part fan at 40% for PLA, 20% for PETG, and 60% for TPU.
i use Creality Slicer (its a lot like CURA but looks better), for my Ender 3 Max Neo and EleGoo Rapid+ (PLA or PETG),
im able to run 100~120mms with no problems with this Rapid+ on my Sonic Pad.
i also upgraded the extruder to the direct drive.
Creality Slicer is an ANCIENT version of Cura, with a creality skin on it. Nobody uses that, even when it was new. Make the move to Cura. Better yet, make the move to Orca, or Creality Print.
I regularly work in Bambu Studio, Orca, Creality Print, and Cura, on my Creality machines
Yep, CR10-SE is super loud
120s is easy-peasy, and kinds slow for a CR10-SE, but I don't worry much about speed.
Z-Hop crap. I avoid it
It's been smashing since the new hot end. 👍🏼
@@3DRundown lmao i know its old, but it works - ive been thinkin about movin over to Orca. but you know how it is when you have all your material profiles dialed in for one software, it doesnt always work the same in another. ive been trying really hard to use Lychee for FDM more and more since im paying for both FDM and Resin lol.
but now i think i might give Orca a try !!
My man, Lychee absolutely SUCKS. These new machines need very little filament dialing... I throw EVERYTHING at my K1's, P1's, V3's, and CR10-SE, with almost no changes at all. Make the switch to Creality Print or Orca, and SEND IT!
