    So so tough but feeling so so strong! I went up from my usual 10lbs to 15lbs for chest flys. 🎉

    What a great challenge! But I made it through. Today I did Mondays Cycle ride plus this strength workout. I'm the toughest woman in my family, hear me roar❤❤😊😊

    Wow🎉 single arm row with 25 pounds today!! Wooohoooo. Okay, had to drop to 20, but I’ve never ever used 25 pounds before!! Awesome workout!!

    Wow this was a tough one! I can’t believe how much stronger I am though. I went from eights to tens and now 12 to 15 with wrist weights. I feel I can go a little heavier on chest press now ❤ thank you so much. Time to buy 20 lbs 😅

    Why is it that 10lbs feels so heavy with drop sets? Killer workout and definitely needed that upper body stretch after!! Used wrist weights today. I am amazed at what they add to a workout. Thanks K&J for continually providing these workouts for us. 😘

    That’s a lot of back for someone who struggles with back exercises! 😅 I do too - had to bail on the 3rd row drop set (lower back 😣 ) but great workout! Bring on May!

    I was about to drop with the dropsets at the end! This was a challenging workout! I absolutely loved it! Im so excited for your may calendar! One of my favorite rides, the intervals, is on the schedule! Thank you!
