Wow this was a tough one! I can’t believe how much stronger I am though. I went from eights to tens and now 12 to 15 with wrist weights. I feel I can go a little heavier on chest press now ❤ thank you so much. Time to buy 20 lbs 😅
Why is it that 10lbs feels so heavy with drop sets? Killer workout and definitely needed that upper body stretch after!! Used wrist weights today. I am amazed at what they add to a workout. Thanks K&J for continually providing these workouts for us. 😘
