I took a trailor tire down to a Mexican guys tire shop and he showed me a trick and ones that won't seal, take a racheting strap and put around the center of the tire and rachet it till it seals then air it up.
@@dirtfootracing8788are these the 145/70-6 size? Do you happen to know the outer diameter once they are pumped up on the wheel? Looking for something a little taller than the stock ones, was hoping these end up being taller than 13" with those heavy lugs. Thank you, love your videos!
Good thing I’ve been preparing by going to the gym for a year. I’ll be strong enough to just stretch the like you did I think. I didn’t know why I wanted to go to the gym but now it all makes sense. It was to change this tire!
I never 👎 knew that popping a tire 🛞 bead would be so easy. These rims are mass produced, and usually not painted in the middle. I also find this on aluminum bicycle 🚴 rims, too. Ya want to watch for corrosion, especially on your rims. The Rust-Oleum is a great 😊 idea 💡. Ya should do it, if you’re running 🏃♀️ the tires 🛞 tubeless, and especially, if you’re going to use inner tubes. There’s nothing worse than corroded, or rusted rims. This literally fuses the tire 🛞 bead to the rim. In this case, it leaves 🍁 ya not much choice, other than to cut the tire 🛞 bead, or burn 🔥 the tire 🛞 to get it off. Sorry 😞 with all the emoji’s, I like 👍 to have a little fun 🤩 with them. Your friend, Jeff.
@@overlandtoshore That works well with one caution... Once the bead seals, take the strap off. The air pressure can cause that strap to give way and it will be with A LOT of force.
I can’t express how the vice really helped another project accomplished thanks, brother man

You can do it....

How do you stretch the tire so easily🤯
Stronk
Warm temps and new stretchy tires
Stump
Seriously. His tire is gummy stretchy and mine is made of mithril.

man its a pain to get these stock tires off the rims theyre hella tight
Alright so basically you need to acquire dad strength in order to complete it
Need to do this without scratching them . Just had them powder coated
Leave the valve core out to seat the bead, then put it back in and air it up.
Those beads were easy to break bud great information video brother heck ya

leaves 🍁 lmao
That must be some soft rubber. Mine are like concrete the rubber is so stiff
I put mine on the ground and stand on it pops right on
Do I need sealant around the tired to put the new tires on.?.
No sealant needed. Just as long as the rim is clean
What do you do when you dont have an air compressor how do you set the tire so you can pump it up
Get a big ratchet strap and crank the tire down. Should seat it on the wheel.
@@overlandtoshore wow it’s crazy how we all have the same knowledge. Dads did great 🙌🏽

145/7-60 tires fit on the stock monster Moto rim ?
I’m having a hard time breaking the bead you got any tips
Wth. Is that a 1 ply or something. Mine are new and stiff as hell
You the man thank you i just got mine done.
Glad it helped
Nice video. Where did you buy the tiers from? I’m in Canada
I believe I bought the tires from SUNFs web site
Question, When you ordered those tires, did the pictures for them show a different size tire? Thats what i'm experiencing
Stand the tire up and bounce it around. That will seal it
Do you prefer tube or tubeless
Tubeless
Do you put a inner tube in it ?
Tubeless
Thanks you very good working 👍👍👍
Are these tires tubeless I didn't see a tube but there is a valve?
Yes they are tubeless
How do those sunf tires hold up against goat heads ( sharp spikes thorns)?
We dont have much of that (spikes and thorns) here in FL. They excell in mud and loose soil.
@@dirtfootracing8788 thanks for the reply im gonna try some of these tires out
Sweet

He's not a fucking tire machine
