It’s a 2023 Badlands, can tell by the smaller 8” screen and bumper w/ fog lights. 2024 Badlands 12” screen and modular bumper w/o fog lights.

Also, you can't even get one of these with a 10-speed auto/4-cylinder combo. The 10-speed only mates to the V6 in the '24.

He did the same thing talking about his own bronco raptor. It's a 2023 while he's calling it a 2024 talking about 24MY options.

My guess is he didn’t educate himself about the 2024 model year and put 2024 to get more views. He doesn’t mention 2024 throughout his video at all.

@metzy1213 he did in the video about his raptor though.

I have a 2023 Big Bend with 2.3L engine. Absolutely great power! I have a soft top and I think it is quieter in rain than a hard top with sound deadening.

Broncos are very cool vehicles with the badlands package looks to be in pretty fantastic shape. Stay inside during rainy weather cuz you know the weather gets super cold up north.

The Black Diamond Bronco is so under rated when it should get some attention that it deserves in my opinion I think the Black Diamond is the sweet spot.

We have our ‘24 4door badlands with Sasquatch package in process of being shipped as of Feb 1. Hopefully we have it in the next two weeks, although they gave a delivery window all the way out to Feb 26th.

It’s irritating to read reviews of vehicles like the Bronco that is designed to be an off road capable vehicle and poor reviews are written because they drive on highways and say it’s “loud, tire noise, and feels like a box”. I think Ford did a tremendous job of remaking a classic with modern technology. Rarely am I satisfied with remaking a discontinued model but Ford nailed this one. I’d still prefer the old classic Bronco since my intentions and interests are off road and camping. I would also prefer a full sized truck because it has comparable gas mileage (modern models). Trucks also have a tremendous capacity for towing and payload compared to a Bronco or Wrangler.

The 2.3 is more than adequite and feels pretty good. At the time I got my 2022 Badland Sasquatch, it wasn't that much more for the 2.7 and that has great torque at 400 ft.lbs. So it's a tough choice if you want to spend a bit more. There's also a difference in brake feel between the engines because the 2.7 is electronically boosted and the 2.3 is vacuum boosted.

Nice review. I currently have a 2023 Badlands two door with the 2.7 engine and like it a lot. I previously had a 2022 Black Diamond four door with the 2.3 engine, and while adequate for everyday driving, I always felt like it had to work too hard to move all that weight.

Everglades for me is the better bronco its got everything you need to go offroad from factory and a nicer looking fender flares. Bronco is a better suv than the wrangler because it is cheaper to spec and a difflocker in the base trim is a plus.

What really burns my biscuit is the fact this doesn't have a V8 Manual option. I like the Rubicon better, but it also doesn't have manual. It does have a V8, but it's got rich people prices.

Love the Bronco, hate the engine. If those engines consistently make 200,000 miles without major issues I will eat my words, but I am skeptical.

I'm confused. I read on Ford's website the 2024 come automatically with the larger screen. Even when I ordered my 24 it shows 12" screen automatically included? As well as I read cupholders for the rear on the 24s. Is this a 24 or late 23?

    • @mattdagger1480

Just checked again and ford says the 12" screen is a standard feature on the 2024s

I came from a 23 gladiator mojave witht eh 3.6L pentastar. Ive got a 23 badlands with sasquatch...2.7L of course. The jeep engine is an absolute pile of shit...had p0300 engine lights on from the first week i bought it. Do some research...very common issues with that motor and jeep has no fix. The bronco engine is an abolute beast in comparison.
