Not sure about the single bale wrapper but the tubeline type was a invented by a Scotsman called David Anderson ,and I think was first manufactured by a company called Grays of Fetterangus (Aberdeenshire) Scotland .

My grandfather is interested in it, but he cannot understandit in its oral form, so he wants to have the script so he could translate it to spanish (I'm his granddaughter writing from his YT account, but I don't live near him to help him out with this video in particular) Awaiting for your answer, thanks in advance.

I was told spearing a bale before wrapping can cause decay in the centre
I don't think the bale spikes on the skidsteer should puncture a wrapped bale like that..
I think they were feeding it out.
