@@NikkiSabet-uc4qu I can't say I have a real number for you because they vary wildly. For instance, I'm doing four this weekend and it's 90 degrees outside and it's July. Lots of people are on vacation or staying inside. My goal is 1-2 pee open house. It doesn't always work that way.

Hey Noemi! I get that information from different sources but mostly it all comes from the real estate association I am apart of, PSAR (this is different from my brokerage). Interest Rate information I get from a reliable Mortgage Broker. Home Comparable's I'll pull directly from the MLS, sometimes I'll also use the RPR to pull more information on a home. If I want info on the market then i'll open up InfoSparks. Hope that helps! (:
Is there usually someone with you at an open houses? Like I mean a co-worker? One day you might not be with someone. Please be safe. I think it's weird that there is one person there at open houses. Should anything go down, what about the safety of everyone there, the guests and agent?
There is always a Lender partner and sometimes an Escrow Rep. They are there for safety and also to help anyone who comes in and wants to get approved on the spot. (:

if you do open house alone. Make sure you have some type of protection. (Pepper spray, Firearm, Knife, etc)

Buyers market, sellers market, neutral market. Pull a market analysis for the area in RPR or whatever tool you have from NAR or your brokerage.
