Loved this video! I’ve actually toured a couple of these places. I’m not new to Dallas but I have struggled meeting people and making friends. A video on that would be nice or a new friend lol
Ania Alexis girl I’m about to move to Dallas I’m so scared 😭 just about to graduate high school let meee be your frienndddd here’s my insta @mendezxoxo
As usual great video and yes I'll be one to relocate in 6 to 8 months so thank you. Which one would you recommend for a single guy who doesn't really care about living in the city? I just want something nice for me a 1 bdrm..
This is awesome. I moved from a small town to dfw (Mckinney) and I'm a contractor so being closer to my market would be nice. Thank you for actually being informative and letting buyers know of budget friendly options. God Bless and I wish the best.
Wow super helpful video 💕thanks for taking the time to do this🙏🏾, I will be moving there soon with my son any tips or things you have heard about if the city has a lot of things to do for family and kids?
Thanks so much for posting this! I’m considering moving to Dallas and I have yet visit. Seeing these apts along with prices was good to see. It will come in handy when I visit.
Why is things in Dallas so cheap? I rent an absolute top of the line apartment here in Cali, pays almost twice the rent, and it's not even close to the space I got in any one of those apartments in the video!
Because California is one of the most expensive places to live I'm 14 and I'm glad I live here in dallas lol but it wont be like this for long because people are coming form California and new York to dallas
Because there isn't oceans and mountains surrounding Dallas which makes it very easy to develop outside the city proper. There isn't a natural constraint like in LA and Orange county. Yes, you are smart in that this won't last forever, thinking Dallas is like the frontier, it will eventually become more like Austin, then San Antonio willl follow suit
Hi, I liked your tour very much. The rent sounds great at $1250 or so, but I live in NYC! When it comes to jobs, can you make 55k to 60K annually, easily to afford such rent? Sadly in NYC, you couldn't get a studio or one-bedroom apartment for $1200 or even $1400! Basically, making $60K and living in NYC, is paycheck to paycheck.
D Cabral Hi D! Thank you & ABSOLUTELY!! At that salary range you can afford even greater if you’d like. There’s plenty of options beyond what I showed in this video that would meet your budget expectations!
Wow that’s insane haha. I WISH! But I’d say 700-900 is like the worst neighborhood and apartment style in a lot of big cities these days. I live in Austin and I’m from California, a $700 apartment would be SCARY 😦
Is the downtown area nice? I’m looking to move to Dallas and can afford the rent of a 1 bedroom in downtown with no problems. I also have excellent credit, high 700s. I’m wondering if it’s worth it to live in downtown or if it’s mostly dead. I love being in the heart of a city and where all the action is, I like upscale places and will probably be in downtown a lot anyway.
Girl you are God sent for listing the apartments along with prices! So helpful!! Thank you!
This is true ! I have been looking for an apartment here in Dallas for the longest.

@Benson Ryker instablaster :)
I loved the last one, so simple and cozy.
Those apartments are mortgage payments. They are nice though.
Most people under 30 cannot afford a house. This is fine for 20 somethings, and even early 30 somethings.
th3azscorpio true, I’m in my 20’s and pay $1,500/month for a 1bd/1ba in CA so these prices are great for what y’all get in Texas.
@@mianicole3399 Agreed. That's why I'm thinking about relocating there.

This was so helpful! All the apartment were awesome just wished you included some 2 bedrooms. Btw the camera quality is 🔥🔥🔥🔥
Thank You I am 51 years old and you truly a blessing to me, I am relocating to Dallas, Texas next month 2020.
Hello! If you find yourself across an apartment called: Spanish hills apartments, don’t go there, I lived there 2 years ago. It was horrible

Thank you for listing the prices!!!!!! Btw, I’m guessing most 1 bedroom apartments are 1,000 or more? And here I was complaining about 700 for my city
Complaining about 700 where you live😳😳I’m in Florida and I miss the days when it was that cheap!!
Dallas ain't for poor people alr
And here I am complaining about my 3k a month rent in Cali 🤣
I have a section 8 voucher, do any of these accept vouchers?
No they do not
Actually toured City North and loved it too.. one of my top 2
I LIKE THE LAST ONE, THANK YOU YOUR A BLESSING
It's crazy how much rent has increased in the span of a year. Inflation is real. I would have loved living here prior.
This is the first video I've seen that included location AND rent
I love these apartments! One of the places I’m considering moving too, all of these places are huge & modern. My thing! Tfs♥️
I would love to see you tour cheaper apartments like around $700/month if that’s possible.
As usual great video and yes I'll be one to relocate in 6 to 8 months so thank you. Which one would you recommend for a single guy who doesn't really care about living in the city? I just want something nice for me a 1 bdrm..
Nice! That first one look jus like my place in north dallas very modern style.
Thank you for this! The tour, pricing (including laundry), the recap, all of it!

Thanks this helped a lot I’m trying to move out to North Dallas from Chicago and August or September
Wow I’m in NY paying 1200 for a studio, these apartments are so nice.
I live in the Washington DC area and you won't get a luxury 1 bedroom apartment for these prices.
@@jamalingram9794 I'm glad I live in Dallas
Thank you so much for taking the time to do all of this! I’ll be asking my move soon, so this series was super helpful.

Dallas is not new York dallas is a spread out city so it's a little dead
@@dmobibj1401 no it's not.
How's it Dead when downtown Dallas has a Population of over 25,000?
Downtown yes.
It's lively...and much to do..well worth that rent
Great content but the footage are super shaky I got dizzy halfway through and had to stop watching
Yeah I know sorry !
