Up your BBQ With The FlameTechGrills Smoke and Sizzle! Pork Loin on the Weber Kettle

  • I'm always looking for a good sale on meat. This makes eating carnivore/ keto much more affordable! on today's cook we have a pork loin I picked up for a bargain.
    I started off by seasoning this pork loin with Westero Rib Rub and wrapping it up in some Reynolds butcher paper and letting it marinate in the fridge for a couple days.
    When it was time to cook, I loaded up my Weber kettle with the flametechgrills, Smoke and Sizzle then added Jealous Devil Max briquettes. To get this fire started, I use my Rocket Fire Torch. This is such a great hack to light your grill in a hurry.
    To keep a close eye on the internal temperature of this pork loin I used my Inkbird INT-11P-B wireless thermometer. Because when it comes to lean pork I like to pull at exactly 138, it will rest up to around 145° which is perfect!
    Finally, make sure you have a nice sharp knife like this one from Lamson so you can get nice thin slices.

    Beautiful color on that loin brother! fantastic cook! I have yet to try to cook one. I think I will now after watching this!

      @@RustyBBQLamb It's one of those cuts of meat I love to cook. It's cheap but it tastes expensive if done right.

      @@DaMurph Not on this cook. Wanted a humidity cooking environment to help set the bark on the outside quickly. Check out the pork butt video I made about this as well. On that cook I did use water
