Hello my friends & happy 2023! I hope you’ve had a lovely start to the year ☺️ So excited to share lots of fun videos with you in the next few months - let me know if there’s anything you’d like to see on my channel this year. Lots of love! x
loving amanda in her ✨tofu era✨
😂🧡
I love the way you eat Amanda, such yummy and nutritious food, I’ve been in a bit of a food creativity slump lately and this has given me inspiration. Happy new year and good luck with excelling on the chopsticks!
Thank you so much! Happy new year 🧡
I feel good when I eat this way. Those Spring rolls looked yummy. I so want to make polenta. I am going to make those bagels. Never made them before. They look so good. Looking to change things up in my Diet. Who knows down the line I might end up full plant based. Haven't had a tomato sandwich forever. Think I'll have that later. Will have to try that crispy broccoli. Looked so yummy.
Please can you do a beans episode! 😊 Thanks for the inspiration and showing us we that delicious healthy meals don't have to take hours to cook, lots of ingredients or very expensive fancy ingredients.
Looking forward to more videos you enjoy this year 🌟
I’m your new friend . Happy new year 🎈🎆🎊 Wish you n your family all the best of this year . Best health , lucky and more … I’m from Việt Nam!
Ok so I was going to get up and start the day but then new Amanda Ducks dropped so that became the priority, obviously. The food is perfect!! And I loved the “everything is literally boiling over here” in the intro 😂😂
Awe thank you so much Sam! 🧡
Yayyyy tempeh!!! Personally I much prefer tempeh over tofu. I've been watching you videos for long time now and I love them. Ideas for your net ball meals: Perhaps you can prepare something before practice (stews, soups, or casseroles are good ideas) but then eat it once you get home. Actually, I'd love to see you do a video on physical tips as well as mind shifts that you have found helpful when nourishing your body. Especially, when struggling to cook/eat when tiered, burnt out, or struggle with mental health (obviously within your knowledge and experience). Thank you
Oooh that’s a great video idea! Thank you and thank you for the tips ☺️🧡
love you Amanda! those bagels looked amazing and that yellow straw is gorgeous🙌
i’m determined to learn how to eat with chopsticks this year too!!! we got this 💛
I’ve never made or tried polenta but that salad looks SO good!! I’ll have to try it. If anyone has tips lmk 😅
Those bagels look amazing. Do you have a tutorial on how to make them?
I use the Sweet Simple Vegan bagel recipe but I sub 1/2 the flour for wholemeal flour 🧡
Tbh I kinda miss that she used to be like the only vegan RUclips recipe developer that wasn't like tofu tofu tofu. Especially since I don't really eat tofu maybe about once a year at a restaurant maybe
SO funny how you mention chopsticks! My husband is making me chopsticks because i really am obsessed w cooking korean food right now and I can wait to master the art of using them. SO ELEGANT!
also, tip for bagels (i make them too!) give them a quick boil in a big pot of water w a Tablespoon of Baking soda + sugar + lots of water. Boil 1 min each side before popping them in the oven!
been so busy with work and uni but fianlly catching up with ur vids
Hey :) do you have the recipe of the bagels ? Thanks ☺️
I absolutely love your videos and added your recipe page to my food inspo notes
Vegan ink always! Most ink is vegan by default in Aus these days :)
Yummy 😋 healthy food in this awesome what beautiful Amanda ate in a week. I am feeling well and have finally recovered from one of the winter viruses going about. Love 🥰 the video and sending love 💕💞 to Amanda & Kara.
Hi - I just found your channel - love how you just toss a little bit of this and that and create yummy meals !
Thanks so much! 😊
Loved most of these recipes!! Thank you ❤ I just cannot get the hang of making bagels… could you show the best way?
Yes I will do! x
Also I just moved to Australia and need to know where you buy the chickpea tempeh! I’ve wanted to try it since I started following you many years ago haha 😅
Aw yay how exciting! I get it from health food stores, Flannerys is my closest one :)

please don't take this the wrong way but the way you cook and eat -- the liberal use of oil and butter, fats, etc. and the portions you make and eat inspire me so much. They make me realize how many "rules" I have around food that I have yet to heal, and make me remember that theres a potential future version of me who is even more free and liberated in how and when and what and how much she eats.
thank you 💖
What was the bagel recipe you used?! Looks delicious.
I use the bagel recipe by Sweet Simple Vegan, but sub 1/2 of the flour for wholemeal flour ☺️
@@AmandaDucks thank you!
Happy new year amanda thank you for sharing all your yummy meals with us😊
👌👍
Everytime I make rice paper rolls & have extra they stick to the container/stick together & they fall apart once I separate them 😅
Aw nooo! This used to happen to me too. Lately I’ve been making sure not to wet the rice paper as much before rolling it and I find it makes them last longer ☺️
Yummy 🎉🤩
these are my comfort videos :) thank you for being here
ps if you've mastered the art of eating with chopsticks pls let me know how LOL
Just subscribed like an hour ago and there's already a new video?? Great start to 2023😊😊
Aw thank you for subscribing! 🧡
Great video, wonderful Ducky!!! 👏 Such yummy meals!!! 😋🌱
Thanks so much Sean 😄
Everything looks great as always, thanks for sharing all your beautiful food with us! Although I am always a bit stressed out watching you try to stir your super full iced cacaos 😅. (If it were me, I'd fill the glass two-thirds full, then mix in the cacao, then top off with more milk at the end (which should then only need a light stirring to fully mix). Or maybe you could add in the ice cubes at the end? Clearly my anxiety is making me overthink this 😅).
In love with your aesthetics and creativity
Thank you so much!!
Have you tried carbo loading? I use to run cross country in high school and eating slow burning carbs the night before and the morning of helped a lot.
I need to try these recipe! and can you give me some plant based super quick snack ideas? I am a student with many exams and i always crave something sweet in the afternoon to pick me up. I would love to try that smoothie but its seriously freezing in Italy right now, but I will save this video for when its warmer outside ♡
Trick for polenta, let it cool completely after you put it in your container. I usually cook it the day before and leave it in the fridge overnight and just bake it the next day. Nice way to make it is when you're having a barbecue, just cut it into thicker slices and put it on the barbecue. Also i love to put loads of spices into the mixture while im cooking it, makes it more flavourful ☺️
There you are! 😀 hoping 2023 is being good to you so far 😊
Thank you, you too! ❤
Can we get Sophie on here cause those enchiladas looked so delicious 😋
Thanks the the video! I can’t wait to see the recipe for the crispy broccoli! So excited to make it
I really needed a video from you today, you always make me feel better and I've had the worst week ever
I’m so sorry to hear that! Sending you lots of love, I hope the next week is better for you 🫶🏼
Ps. Yes I snack mainly on chocolate in the arvos 😆
