Art in America Video Single - Aired on MTV Progressive Rock

Art in America - single from their first album under the same name. This aired on MTV in the mid 1980's
Art in America - a band originally from the Detroit Michigan area that played Progressive Rock. Their first album was produced by Eddy Offord who also did several of the YES albums. AIA practiced in my basement for nearly 10 years. And Art in America got to open for King Crimson in Ann Arbor Michigan during the Beat Tour

We remember this well. Thanks for posting, Mark. That jacket I am wearing was not even mine! That was borrowed from one of the hip young directors who filmed the video. I was not much of a dresser, and I came prepared for the video shoot, with a really lousy jacket -- Chris Flynn (Ruetenik) lead singer of Art in America.
