I really liked the routine shown in the video. I need to burn fat and define muscle. I would like to know how many repetitions and how many sets I should do of each exercise. I will work on the upper part one day, the middle part another day, and the lower part of the pectorals another day. I will do this training after 40 minutes of running or an hour of cycling.
I've always wanted to like and use bands. I must be doing it wrong because your "time under tention" or whatever fitness people call it, it's like a fraction of what is is using regular weights or even just bodyweight workouts. I'm skeptical that the OP only does this type of exercise..
No preference. I actually like both. The “tube” style has been around/popular for a bit longer than the “loop” style, so I have more experience working with them but I’ve been working with the loops and will post that vid soon.
