imagine if these animations were in dialogues and were processed on game enhinecand not a cutscene,i know its gonna blow up my disc and pc but hell i want this in game
They actually used some of the animations from scenes in the game. For example: Hu Taos and Zhonglis Scene was from Lantern Rite and so was Qiqi when she jumped up the stairs

Why would they put a non Liyue weapon on a liyue character in a very clearly Liyue oriented promotional video? You people expect them to put meta weapons on the characters in a trailer meant for fun and lightheartedness? Lol
It would be difficult to implement an AI that can actually move around alternatively the characters to actually keep them present in the game, like walking around in various region? They don't need to get voice acted. Just to lines like the teapot.
