Honestly i own both and there is a difference. So much so that a preference for one over the other is justified. Diamonds shine with more crisp bold white flashes with this on/off flicker effect moissanite cant replicate. This effect is very noticable in smaller melee stones pave set. Moissanite doesnt perform as well as diamonds in smaller stones. Moissanite has a lot more fire internally that gives it a more "fuzzy" look. But On the other hand moissanites brightness is out of this world. And for people that love fire it has a huge amount of fire. Too much fire just isnt my preference personally. Diamonds seem to have just enough. The brilliance and fire of diamonds are more balanced to me. And the way diamonds let off bold white flashes so effortlessly and in unison is what makes me prefer them. I just love the shinmer effect of bold white flashes exclusive to diamonds with that hint of fire from its outer facets. But i can also understand the precerence for moissanite as well. Its a dann beautufl genstone and its why i own a few pieces with moissy. I like both but i just prefer diamond for how they interact with and recract light.

Hey friend, I can give you some free gift cards if you would remove your erroneous claim about De Beers. These are not true and never have been true, in fact, De Beers is a company that just sunk a lot of money into marketing ie: A Diamond is Forever! If you choose not to remove your comment, please be aware that you may possibly face both litigation and sengulation issues that we would rather avoid. Lastly, we can even offer you a special discount for that special somebody if you would be interested. I would be willing to debunk some of these dubious claims, however, personally, and not on here or see more litigation. There may be grounds for prosecution as well due to slandering and an attempt to a sabotage a financial institution. If found liable, this falls under federal guidelines with hefty fines and possibly imprisonment.
Only reason things fade or tarnish is the BASE METAL, if it’s brass or copper don’t get it silver or 925 silver or Gold Is good, gold vermil isn’t bad but it will change color if it’s in gold or rose gold but it will turn back to SILVER and not that nasty copper look
If its 925 or 999 it wont tarnish or turn your neck green. If you buy 925 with a copper or bronze interiors your neck is turning green. Theres jewelry thats silver plated with copper core. 2nd dont buy plated jewlry sometimes the plating comes off and makes it look like your jewlery is turning colors. Buy eith solid gold or solid silver.
Fun fact Diamonds are not this rare… there was just a time where some hype was built up and people were told that there is a shortage and that’s what got the prices high, btw in the process of Moissanite Diamonds beeing made there are machines used that are really expensive
Tbh Mossanite does too much / looks fake to the trained eye. Go for lab diamonds … much much better, passes diamond testers and same chemical composition hardness etc

Diamonds are common. They're not rare unless they are an absolute showpiece like the Hope diamond, in which case they will be on display at the Smithsonian or other museums like it, for all to see.
I have both diamond and moissanite chain, they look exactly the same I get them mixed up all the time
Don’t they shine differently like in terms of light and colors tho?

With lab grown diamonds nowadays, the only reason diamond is still rare is De Beers.
