Pro Tips:
A. Early game
1. Know the Operators' Archetypes and their roles
2. E1 Kroos (the bunny sniper one). You'll unlock the E1 Support units sections
3. Borrow Support Units if the stage won't be playable again (exceptions for Farming Stages)
4. Some stages better be farmed manually (CE-5, LS-4, Chip Stages, etc). See the Borrowknights Section below:
B. Borrowknights
1. E2 your Myrtle so you can borrow strong or even OP E2 Support Units from people
- Get the Grindstone from 3-3, while bullying Crownslayer
- The chips stage is rotating, see the "Vanguard and Supporter" one
- For LMD spam CE-5, borrow Executor Ex Feodor(I forgot), E1 Level 80 Skill 1 Level 7
- For Battle Records spam LS-4 (borrow the same Executor Alter, or E1 Level 80 Blaze S2 Skill level 7)
2. Spam Add Friend on those strong or even OP E2 Support Units from People after you've gotten E2 Myrtle
3. If you want to be luckier, make sure your Support Units' slots are "looking good" on your profile:
- Myrtle E2 on the right, keep her on level 1
- Maybe Lappland E1 Lv. 70 Skill 2 Level 7 eh?
- Maybe other operator (recommended about 5 stars for "looking good" E1 Level 70, check the correct skill)
C. Base
1. Since you've gotten your E2 Myrtle, borrow Chenalter (Chen the Holungday) to spam SK-3 , then Typhon and Spam SK-5 (building stage)
- SK-3 is to get the Carbon Bricks → Turn them into the Concrete Building Materials
- SK-5 is to get the Carbon Packs → Turn them into Reinforced Building Materials
Since you're spending money and try to become actual 🐋, then don't hesitate to spam those stages using Originite Prime → Turned into Sanity. You can do these in under 1 day if you really want to.
D. Watching Guides
It's ethical to watch guides IF YOU WANT TO SPEED UP YOUR GAME'S progress, I won't force yourself, but if you're stuck on the certain stage(s) then why not?.
Channels to Watch:
1. KyostinV (Must):
The Legend Himself, he has many older guides, and for endgame players he has AFK ones. He has "Low End Squad" guides that are pretty easy (until hard on later chapters) to follow if you want to.
His older guides were more focused on Auto Deploy, you better be not following 100% exactly what he does (remember, Borrowknights). Just adjust with your Squad.
2. Eckogen (Must):
The Second Legend Himself, similar to KyostinV. But for him he has more like Paradox Simulation, etc.
3. Dr. Leon (Newer Strats)
He has newer strategies to adjust in his older videos, which MIGHT be simpler than Kyo and Ecko. He has SSS and IS clears too.
4. Oyuki Ch. (Endgame)
Focusing on AFK strategies.
5. Sciel (Endgame)
Focusing on Auto K (More reliable and simpler AFK strategies), IS runs, and operators' showcases.
Notes:
1. Build your lower Rarity operators, when you're strong enough you could Auto Deploy certain Farming Stages
2. Trust Farm is possible if you have strong Auto Deploy squads. Trust Farm is maximising operators' Trust to 200% to add their extra attributes at the end by repeating farming stages.
3. IS2, IS3, IS4, (and soon IS5), have their Monthly Squad REWARDS. Clear them to get those JUICY REWARDS, I dare you.
4. SSS is too hard even for endgame players with their quite disappointing rewards. Except if you're very forced to get those materials and want to suffer then play it.

OK, that's probably one of the best list of tips for new whale player.
would argue. e1 kroos, do annihilation chernoborg with a borrowed support, (i used E1 lin) use the 150 purchase vouchers from that to get pudding and e2 pudding, not Myrtle with runs of the chapter 2 boss and a couple of milestones of IS2.
this is a minor issue and sweaty. as always progress and have fun. I personally had fun after having a team that could clear content and got that team by being sweaty with the integrated strategy rewards. that is admittedly very sweaty.
if you don't do it, your team will not be strong enough for content for several months....which is fine, but I wanted to blitz thru the games content in 6 months, and doing that got me thru it.
but yeah get thru chapter 3 boss somehow (which I did with...a strategy I'm not proud of day 1 and a friend support specter the unchained)
unlock IS, farm it like crazy. clear the lungman outskirts and downtown with your e2 pudding and borrowed thorns.
Or don't
main rant here is I'm recommending pudding over myrtle. I got her to e2 40 in 3 days of playing and cleared annihilation lungman downtown in 5 days (also e2d perfumer by then)

@@bloodred255 Pudding is very great but you'll get trouble on DP check stages. Maybe you really prefer hard contents like IS to get juicy rewards than just the only monthly squads of IS themselves

Sniper + Slow Ambriel or May
Sniper + Survival Jessica
Healing + Supporter Podenco
Healing + Vanguard (I dunno if DP recovery works too) Myrtle.

I'm impressed that you pronounced Exu's name correctly
OK, couple things,
1.) don't pull on the kernal banner. didn't want to get into the math in the stream, kernel banner has decent enough units. the issue is distinctions.
you pull on a standard banner you get commendations and distinctions, you pull on the kernal banner you get some blue currency. you buy pulls with distinctions (Which you shouldn't do until you have all the shop operators you want)
it gots 258 distinctions for 38 pulls
you buy kernal banner pulls it costs 210 ish distinctions. you do 38 pulls on the standard banner you get back roughly the differnce in distinction cost.
ergo kernal banner pulls should cost 480 Orundum. to compensate for the lack of distinctions. but they cost 600.
the other thing about the kernal banner is every 7 kernal banners we get a kernel selector where you can CRAFT a banner and put the 5 star and 6 star in the shop and just get them from distinctions.
so which is better, spending 180 distinctions and BUYING the unit, or spending god knows how many pulls on a 2% chance of a 25% chance?
so thats basically the whole spiel of why you should not pull on the kernal banner.
2. the other thing is the distinction aquisition. OK. we get distinctions from two main places (until the second year where we get distinctions from rerun welfare operator tokens)
first place is pulls. after we get all the 4 stars to pot 6, its 1 distinction per 4 star and 5 for the second copy of any 5 star.
since its 50% chance of a 4 star and 8% chance of a 5 star. you do 100 pulls you get 50 4 stars and 8 5 stars. ie 90 distinctions. think the guarentee bumps up the 5 star rate a bit making it better cuz I think we use 1.2 distinctions per pull and I'm only getting .9 from that math. regardless distinctions come from pulls
the OTHER place distinctions come from are from Recruitment. Distinction is a BIG BIG can of worms. there is a cheat sheet over on the official discord botspam, basically with certain tags or even without them you can get 4 and 5 stars from recruitment. which get you distinctions the same way as headhunting pulls do.
Distinctions should be held onto and NOT exchanged for pulls and instead exchanged for 6 star shop operators.
who? uh, eyja, saria, blaze, thorns, goldenglow, mudrock, surtr, kalstit, gnosis, would also say mountain but you got him from the newbie banner.
if you manage to pull shu would for instance remove saria from that list of priority. when they add new units, as they do every 6 weeks add one to the list I'd consider picking up more of them.
I wouldn't grab 5 stars from the list until you have a feel for how easy it is to get distinctions and acquire them so you can have some sense of how much they are worth to you.
its a gacha game, any waste of resources just costs your account time, might take you 6 months to clear the game, might take you 2 years, depending on waste. its fine.
just log in for the limited events and enjoy the freebies.
