I was a porn addict since I was 10 years old. Decades of addiction later and I’m free of that bondage. Pardon the pun! I went through hell as I was using drugs alongside viewing porn so could binge for 24 hours straight. I lost 2 wives and several jobs due to my addiction. I got clean with the use of psychedelics, intense psychosexual therapy and going to SAA meetings. Trying to quit watching porn has been the hardest battle I’ve ever had to fight. I still relapse every now and then. But I learn so much from each one. I am still in awe that the most potent drug I’ve ever been hooked on is free to literally anyone with an internet connection. This presentation is so thorough and so relevant right now. I can relate to all of it. Thank you for bringing your light into this world. And good luck to anyone out there struggling in secret with this.
I've been addicted to sex and porn since that age too. It's a shame our legal system, psychological industry and American society in general just want to use shame, humiliation and the threat of legal action as treatment.
Thanks for beginning with a compassionate overview of why people watch porn. Many of us go there because we fantasise about love, affection, touch and acceptance and are too inhibited by our fears to negotiate for those things in real life. Porn became an almost 30yr addiction for me because of this.

Naltrexone, a medication typically used to reverse opioid overdoses, has been found to have some interesting effects on the brain's reward system that could potentially be beneficial for individuals struggling with hypersexuality or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) related to sex. How Naltrexone Works: 1. Blocks Endogenous Opioids: Naltrexone has been found to block the endogenous opioids in our brain. These are the chemicals that give us a sense of reward or pleasure when we engage in certain activities, such as eating, exercising, or sexual behavior. 2. Reduces Reward Sensation: By blocking these endogenous opioids, naltrexone can reduce the sense of reward or pleasure that an individual gets from engaging in certain behaviors. This could potentially help individuals who are struggling with hypersexuality or OCD related to sex by making these behaviors less rewarding and therefore less compelling. Potential Benefits of Naltrexone: 1. Reduced Compulsion: If the sexual behaviors are less rewarding, the individual may feel less compelled to engage in them. This could potentially help to reduce the frequency of these behaviors and the distress that they cause. 2. Increased Control: By reducing the sense of reward, naltrexone could potentially help individuals to gain more control over their behaviors. This could be particularly beneficial for individuals with OCD, who often struggle with feelings of being out of control. However, it's important to note that while these potential benefits are promising, more research is needed to fully understand the effects of naltrexone on hypersexuality and OCD related to sex. You bring up an important point about how the accessibility and prevalence of pornography have drastically changed over the years, especially with the rise of the internet. It’s true that this level of access can influence individuals and society in ways that weren’t as common in previous generations. For some, even without addiction, frequent exposure to pornography can affect relationships, expectations, or self-esteem. Thank you for sharing what you’re going through. It sounds like you’re dealing with a lot of discomfort and trying to understand how different factors might be affecting your health. While joint, hip, and knee pain can have many causes, it’s important to keep in mind that the connection between watching porn and physical pain like joint issues is not straightforward or typically related. Joint pain can stem from various factors, including inflammation, injury, or medical conditions. It would be helpful to consult with a healthcare provider who can assess your symptoms and guide you toward appropriate treatment. If you’re also concerned about the impact of long-term habits on your mental or physical health, seeking support from a therapist could be beneficial. Addressing both physical and emotional health is key to overall well-being. I’d be grateful if you were to share what you found most useful from the video. Quick question, do you know if Naltrexone or Naloxone have been shown to be beneficial in people with hypersexuality or OCD regarding sex?
Naltrexone, a medication typically used to reverse opioid overdoses, has been found to have some interesting effects on the brain's reward system that could potentially be beneficial for individuals struggling with hypersexuality or obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) related to sex.
How Naltrexone Works:

This could potentially help individuals who are struggling with hypersexuality or OCD related to sex by making these behaviors less rewarding and therefore less compelling.
Potential Benefits of Naltrexone:

I'm very addicted to porn and I'm trying hard to stop it but the more I try is the more I fail doc what should I do please
I apologize for any inconvenience, and I thank you for watching the video. I'll soon be releasing new content addressing porn addiction.
I am having joint pain, hip pain and knee pain, I have watched porn for 10 years, how much time will it take to get cured?
Also, if you're interested in more tips on how to overcome this or if you want to explore my video library, you can use my AI: allceus.com/AskDocSnipes. I hope you’re able to find relief and support soon.
It's been 10 months since I watched porn. I'm getting pain in my heart, muscle twitching. I'm worried. Will I get better on my own? I'm feeling like I'm going to have a heart attack. I've always had this pain.

Sex is indeed natural yeah. But this is not the subject of the video.
A 50 year itch? I thought it was the 7 year itch. After 50 years of marriage, you're lucky to get any kind of itch because you are old.😂

Thank you doctor for your great channel and excellent topic * i have arrived to the conclusion when the issue of pornography surfaces _ that such addictions as in many cases is like a ( jelly ) fish with the many toxic tentacles * once inoculated the recovery and cure is extremely painful and the marks do remain like a tattoo _ and so is compared to an octopus with also eight tentacles full of suction cups _ that once it gets a hold of the mind through the images in porn content _ is ( not ) an easy task to came out of the ( labyrinth ) or maze _ becomes a battle for freedom * in my particular case _ since an early age _ i had a tendency to the feel good deception of self gratification * and other aspects that also come into view with pornography addiction _ in my personal life because i do have elderly under my daily care _ serves me as a guardrail to avoid during the day time hours engaged in such ( but ) make no mistake _ is an strangle * better said than done _ and yes * porn is a very ( sticky ) addiction very difficult to remove _ and the withdrawal symptoms like a drug addiction as well _ therefore i remain in the fight and wrestling match with pornography * gets to be like a back and forth dilemma * hated and loved war _ once again * thank you for your professional advice into this very painful subject 👏

Hello
Marriage should be honored by all, and the marriage bed kept pure, for God will judge the adulterer and all the sexually immoral. (Hebrews 13:4)
