  • As they say, as water is to trees, evaluation is to Toastmasters. Evaluation is the heart of Toastmasters educational program. A good speech evaluation is a multi-step process. It's like a conversation with the speaker and the audience. If the evaluator giving evaluation prepare before they deliver, they can raise definitely raise the level of their evaluation. Here I have tried to deep-dive into 7 unique tips of speech evaluation that every evaluator should keep in mind and prepare before hand.
    About Deepak K Sharma
    Deepak is a professional speaker, experiential trainer, public speaking & communication coach. He is a post-graduate in human resource management with 30 years of leadership experience in diverse field as education, hospitality, construction, not-for-profit, public speaking, and training & development. His passion for training and professional speaking pushed him out of his comfort zone of a well-settled job in the year 2008. In 2018 also, he was a finalist in District 41 (India, Bangladesh & Nepal) International speech contest and first runner up in the Evaluation Contest. He is also a professional member of the National Speakers Association, (NSA), a member of the NSA Houston Chapter & Association for Talent Development (ATD) in the US.
    He has co-authored the book “Move Mountains” - One story at a time which has become amazon's no 1 best seller in the month of April 2019. These days, he is converting all the 52 stories into the book into videos as part of his series “Sunday Stories”. He strongly believes, every human being is a “Work in Progress”!
