NICE! This is right along the lines of what I'm doing for a separate channel portable BT speaker system I'm designing. I can't believe it's so hard to find more people who are doing this sort of thing. Glad Acrylic is making such a capable board. It's hard to find anything promising that does TWS / multicast / stereo sync in a board that can be used in DIY designs.
BTW, music at 2:12 reminds me of Lone - which you might like. (but like a free-to-use-on-youtube version lol) Try the album Lemurian first, then Levitate.

Very cool. I would have been tempted to desolder those middle screw terminals and turned them around so they face inside. Or maybe just remove screw terminals and solder wires directly. Nice job anyway, looks good! Definitely buying one of those wifi modules for my workshop radio!!!!

I would recommend you have given more insight about the tools you have used however, while build if you talk on what your doing so people will understand more. It's a request.

Steve Willson Kujur+ So in a normal operation with woofers we can do away with the bass device plus the isolation chips because we are only using that DC to DC Buck Converter to power the wifi music board. It no longer needs isolation on the outputs of the DC to DC Buck Converter?

How this board need 5v*1a and the B0505s get only 200ma, I'm right?
Great editing. Good sound tracks but it's a little annoying to hear the Indian car honks in the background. Also, your exposition of the parts and intro to the whole project is awesome. Please consider doing some audio commentary work to augment the project video. Such as why you kept the paper wrap on the acrylic board prior to drilling, how to make good solder joins, etc etc. This will make this video even better (IMO). Set time markers to let your viewers to know where to go if they want to watch specific parts of your video (i.e. - low pass filter info, soldering or mounting) Keep up the good work "Steve" LOL.
Very nice! Now what I am looking for - and cannot find on the market - is a WiFi-transmitter that I can attach to my old turntable (or HiFi stereo or whatever sound source). So a WiFi transmitter that sends lossless audio towards WiFi speakers or WiFi receiver.
I have Harman Kardon speakers (Omni Plus) that I would like to connect to my (old but still masterclass) Technics turntable. What can you "brew" to make this happen.
Afterall, vinyl is 'hot' again and it's a shame to not be able to stream it at home. ;-)
Beocreate and Hifiberry can pretty much do do all this without being too difficult. And then sooooo much better quality for a reasonable price

I've worked on a similar project with a 3S battery pack and a 12V amp which has Bluetooth integrated and an auxiliary input.
I used a stepdown to convert the 12V to 5V in order to power the Arylic board and it worked perfectly but I had a bug buzz. I tested the auxiliary with a Jack and there was no buzz at all so not an amp issue. So then I added an isolated SMPS B0505S-1W to the 5V output of the stepdown which killed the buzz but now the Arylic turns on but I can never find it on the Wi-Fi. If I connect it straight to the stepdown output, it connects in a matter of seconds.
I'm wondering if it has something to do with the amps? The isolated converter only gives a max of 200mA @5V (1W), and the specs say the Arylic board needs 5V 1A.
Your config is the same and seems to work perfectly. Am I doing something wrong? I would realy appreciate your feedback :)!

I am unalbe to connect via Wifi. The device says "Wifi is starting" and the blue led is blinking very fast, but it is not entering into network setup mode.
How can I enter into the Setup mode?

B0505s-1W 5 in to 5 in DC power Module Converter 1000VDC isolation chip isolates the buck converter so it doesn't fry when connecting more than one device, but the Wi-Fi device wants 5v 1amp and the chip only puts out 1 watt divided by 5v = .200mAh so does the Wi-Fi and the bass rejection board run as expected with such little amperage?

Thank you sir. I realize that I can use a 5v 3amp and the device will only use what it needs, but it's missing .800mAh and I noticed when I used the TP4056 Charging board when I used 3 of them I couldn't use the same source so I would have to use 3 of these isolation chips, one on each input of the three TP4056's which only allowed .600mAh when I used them as a charger/balancer which took forever or I could use three different phone chargers = 3amp charge which was fast and glued them down, then I wired the AC section in parallel to a sing out and that worked ever since so my question is could you use two buck converters, one for each device and have the proper amount of current or would you need these isolation chips on the inputs of the two buck converters so they don't fry, if you went this way? also, that WPA wire you cut off, is that for a external button because there's only one wire and there's a WPS Button on the board, I purchased one to test before getting 9 more, Thanks

Yes, you can use whatever module you want, the important part is to ensure that it supports I2S protocol. I2C is for digital communication between sensors and some microcontroller and I2S is for sound transfer from the receiving wifi IC to the actual amplifier
