Hi Katura, Ashwinder and Rougarou are linked so one thing people can do is make their NE account on Rougarou and transfer their WB to that one. They can join their friends social club on Ashwinder and be on each others friends list ect. The only thing that is different is that for server specific events and challenges they will be with Rougarou players but those are only a few each year anyway. I have been speaking to ppl in game from the US (West coast I think) and some of them were commenting that the Rougarou Ping is a lot better for them than Aswinder. Before I transferred my WB account, I was in an Ashwinder social club and most of my friends list was Ashwinder. Practically speaking there is very little difference and more likely a much better ping on Rougarou
@@Game-p5u I just saw an in game reply to someone that said they’re sorry; they can’t predict future server openings. So it doesn’t sound like it’s happening atm. Or they’re not talking about it.
A lot of people are successfully transferring today. I know a few that are still glitching but it seems like more success is happening now. You could wait a couple of days if you want to be sure. But Netease is definitely working hard to fix all the glitches.

I tried contacting customer service to transfer my wb account to a netease and not received any info on how to change over before they shut down the wb servers.
Nope, you just need an email address and can make a Netease account with it. It doesn’t have to be set to a different region than you’re in. I’m assuming you’re Android? Do you need any other info on transferring? I made a video I can share if you want. Just know that some people are still glitching right now, unfortunately.

You can’t transfer your WB character anymore, unfortunately. But you can start a new character in the Netease servers. If you have Android or PC you can download from here (APK for android) or if you have apple you have to either change your region to Japan for your iTunes account, or do like I did and create a new iTunes account with Japan for the region (I have too many subscriptions to change the region on my main iTunes) Then download from the AppStore www.harrypottermagicawakened.com/global/
Hi was wondering if anyone can help, I joined the Netease servers (Ashwinder) and tried recreating my character (copy pasting code) but its been incorrect each time. I've already tried without the character name and server like others suggested. Also can't seem to contact netease through the service in game since I get sent to some ai service. Is it possible to create a new character on a dif server and try again?

You can’t swap the character you’re using from there if that’s what you are asking; it’s for the widget to display on your phone/tablet. But I think you can only click to display a certain character if you’re logged into and on that account.
So I did the transfer and it went well so I would like to thank you for your help, you are amazing! Also, which VPN do you use so we can purchase jewels and all that and do we have to pay for vpn?
@@KaturaYT no I’m not accusing at all forgive if it came out that way but all I know is people are getting banned for vpns and idk if vpns automatically adjust prices but I know players are getting banned. So just Becareful playing with VPNs given that players get banned for it in other games as well.

Does it say “Character code use” or “Character code already used”? I ask because it says “Character code used” to everyone when they use their code and a lot of people have been mistaking it for now being unable to use their code again. But Netease is aware of these issues and has said they are working on them; and that sometimes it just needs time to process. It’s always a good idea to write them in game so they can understand just how many people are having this issue.

Moving servers won’t move your character. It will create one character for each server. I showed that for people wanting to pick their server; and if you want to create alt accounts you can go between servers like that if you want.

If you transferred to Sphinx that’s where your character is. You can make one character per server within one Netease account (or however you bound it); so it would start you over for a new character in Thunderbird (or any other different server) after switching servers. But you can switch back to Sphinx and your main character will still be there. But you can’t switch which server your character is on after the transfer.

What vpn app are you using? All the ones I get make you pay for Japan
I use ExpressVPN but it does cost money
On my game ashwinder does not even exist it doesn’t give it on the servers

So i transfer my WB acc in the Zouwu server succesfully but i am curious on how to swap my character in the widget setting
@@KatSimp004 in settings go to widget and you should be able to swap between characters that are in the same Netease account

Ashwinder, Thunderbird, and Rougarou can be all be friends and part of the same social club. I don’t think Zouwu is connected

The cards are all available on the TWCN version, but not the Netease global versions. We’ll have to wait for Netease to release them.
