    Fantastic introduction. I only live 30 minutes away but had no idea the common existed until recently. Can't wait to visit.

    You need to be careful regarding cattle grazing as too many cattle can disturb the adders. I know a few sites in the New Forest where too many cattle have decimated adder populations.

    Nice one. Used to walk there from Silwood Park at least once a week back in 1988 - nightjars, hobbys, glow worms etc. wonderful place.
