I am just starting out painting and am trying to figure out what to buy as far as paints, clears and tints. Every time I think I have it figured out, I discover that the "paint job" I just watched was a temporary, peelable paint. I would love to paint my car in candy green permanently (after many practice runs on scrap pieces) but am getting so frustrated with the convergence of regular paint and peelable paint. What exactly makes a peelable paint peelable?
Why there are no videos about how candy paint is ruined by uv sunlight?
I want😮😮😮😮

How would it turn out with a gunmetal base coat with silver flake and spray truck or treat candy over the top?
