Coffee Can Investing is one of the best book on stock market investment specially designed for Indian investors. If you ever wondered where you should be investing your hard-earned money, I guess, you will come up with Real estate - Because as most people in India say "Property prices will go up no matter what happens", but it's not true at all. In fact, real estate investment has given low returns in over the world compared to investment in Equity.
When you are investing in high-quality stocks, most of them perform well above average than other financial instruments like golds, Fixed deposits, savings accounts, and even real estate.
This is why Saurabh Mukerjea has written this investment planning book inspired by the concept "coffee can" which was first introduced by Robert Kirby. Coffee Can Investing is basically investing in 10-25 stocks (small-cap companies), and the holding period should be more than 10 years, to beat the market returns.

I have not seen any downfall in real estate properties eg: like Noida, faridabad, gurgaon.. early 1990s it was nothing more than agriculture land and today it has totally changed with high rise buildings, malls , supermarket etc .. here in Lucknow gomtinagar & Dwarka Delhi is the best example which I have been watching for the last 10-15 years

That’s a selective bias, specific pockets might have make money, doesn’t mean that in principle it is good for everyone
In real estate price correction will not happen time correction happens that means if you buy 1 crore worth real estate that property doesn't come down time correction means that 1 crore doesn't move next 4 to 5 years

In1990 FD intereste was near about 6 years double.after 2003 it's near about 8 years double on FD.so from 1991 to 2019 1lakh amount returns of FD amount (re invested) rs approximately 16 lakhs.lot of are watching your video's try to convey right information that's your responsibility.hope you understand better luck for next video.

The point about Real Estate is totally wrong. In Bandra West in Mumbai a 2 BHK Flat used to cost Rs. 60 Lakhs in 2004 . In 2022 the cost became Rs.5 Crores for the same Flat. In Chandivali Powai I bought a Flat for Rs. 1.13 crore in 2014. today the same flat can be sold for Rs. 2.85 crores. The figures by you are totally erroneous and completely misleading meant to motivate people to invest in Stock market so that Mr. saurabh Mukherjee's business grows. This is cheap way to make money.
Firstly don't follow Sourav Mukherjee. He has sold so many stocks which make mutibagger returns.
