    Personal opinion is I think Cedar Point would be a good home for the Tallest and fastest surf coaster. So many people want a new giga or a Mack launch or extreme spinner for CP, but I think since it is truly a surprise that the surf is as good as it is, CP is going to be all about it.

    Having grown up in the 80s and 90s, whenever i saw a B&M coaster in a park, i knew that park either had or has money. I have always viewed them as the Rolex in the park. Even if it was next to an intamin. I viewed intamins as the risky brother where it was either rewading or not. But when i saw that big B&M track, just something about it. I grew up in Chicago, but my teenage years were in Buffalo, so Darien lake never had a B&M and i knew they never made it 😂....B&M and intamin are my top 2 favorite manufactures, but B&M #1 by alot. So happy Sea World Orlando is my homepark and Pipeline is awesome! Very excited for penguin trek. It looks to be a themed experience and i think will be shockingly fun for a family coaster. I know B&M has their eyes set at Vekomas big bear mountain as a standard.

    Not too sure how much "evolution" is going on over at B&M, I mean they recently cloned one of their oldest models (sit down) in Decepticoaster, but they are showing a willingness to adapt to clients desires. The family invert isn't so new, nor is the direct drop from the lift on a dive. They've done both before. I would love to see them develop a spinning mechanism similar to S&S (Freespin & Axis), but with them doing more launch coasters ( and even a shuttle) I wouldn't be surprised if high speed switch tracks are in development as well. They've always been at the forefront of offering a new way to ride with a different trains (stand up, sit down, floorless, invert, flying) but If they start innovating track layouts and designs, like switch tracks or drop tracks, well them maybe we can start talking "evolution."

    i wouldn't say, that Iron menance is so much different from the other dive coasters. Also, B&M's recent coasters were not particulary smooth. Even their family coasters (like Mandrill Mayhem) showed a significant rattle. But i do like, that they are trying out something new

      @@TheCoasterJosh It could happen, but we could also see more of those B&M Ski Coasters to compete with the B&M Inverts because they would have to be Inverted while riding on 2 rails below standing up to make it look like your skiing down the mountains thanks to New stand up seats like to probably to make them more comfortable to ride on. But they could also be perfect fits for some theme parks or some the areas that they're in, like Six Flags New England is in Springdale Massachusetts which is near the Berkshire mountains, They could do a Mr Freeze Themed Ski Coaster. Then there's Canada's Wonderland, Canada is cold and known for it's skiing. However Busch Gardens could convert Aplengiest into a B&M Ski Coaster to make it match because the theme of Alpengiest is supposed to be Ghost of the Snowy Alps and the area is modeled after a ski resort.

    Something that people keep missing is that while the family inverts in China are just inverts, Falcon's Fury is apparently a true suspended coaster with the seats capable of swinging side-to-side. So it is a prototype different from the ones in China at least when it comes to the train.

    • @timk987
      @timk987 7 месяцев назад

      Falcon's Fury??? Do you mean Phoenix Rising? If so, it's assumed that since the press release mentioned it as a family friendly "suspended" coaster, an over zealous enthusiast probably was just taking a literal interpretation too far. Phoenix Rising is expected to have the standard B&M Family invert train with the only upgrade being onboard sound.

    • @meglass71320
      @meglass71320 7 месяцев назад

      @@timk987 Sorry, I did mean Phoenix Rising. You may be right that it's an over interpretation of "suspended". I looked at a few press releases about Phoenix Rising and only found one that mentions a "side-to-side" motion, but in context that could be referring to the overbank turns as opposed to the motion of the seats themselves.

    • @timk987

    They are reliable and boring. They do not bring in the crowds besides the first year with the exception of a few rides. Look at cedar point. Valraven and gatekeeper usually don't have lines when all the intamin rides in the park do. And steel vengeance. They are literally boring roller coasters. They really need to innovate something actually thrilling. That actually entices people to want to ride more than just the first year. Low key I hate their seatbelts on most of their new rides. They are mega uncomfortable

    • @Crankflame8
      @Crankflame8 7 месяцев назад +1

      Cedar point has so many incredible rides that the competition is quite fierce. The rides would be top rides in most other parks but since it's cedar point they can't keep up. It's nothing to do with the fact they are "Boring". They aren't boring rides they are just uncompetitive compared to Cedar Points other coasters.

    • @iluvhousemuzic
      @iluvhousemuzic 7 месяцев назад

      @@Crankflame8 a polite way of saying boring. If they are uncompetitive it's just makes it apparent that they are boring compared to other brands. Cedar point is just one example. Other parks that have both have the same effect. It's glaring when you consider it.

    • @Gheestarr
      @Gheestarr 7 месяцев назад

      BGWilliamsburg is just the opposite with long lines at the B&M’s (Alpengeist, Griffon, Apollo’s Chariot) and shorter waits at the intamin (btw, which is newer, Pantheon). It is a current trend for most parks now to install coasters more friendly to the general public. Cedar Point is probably an exception to that trend. But, then they did install a wild mouse last year. I’m just saying…
