Enjoyed your road trip Thom, or should we call you Mott!? Some amazing players and singers out there. I have started to learn to "Travis pick' with my six AND twelve string guitars because of you, of which I have owned both for 40 years. Like John Lennon said...feels like starting over! Great challenge, great fun. Thanks for your contribution to the music industry and years of commitment. A rare treat for all to enjoy from a true master. Kudos.

I was just thinking about you, Mr. Bresh! I'm here in Brasil, and they just LOVE my Travis picking here on my 1960 D-21, and I'm soon to bring a 1939 D-18 here as well. Was going to be a 1937 D-28, but that one sold. Could be a 1936 D-28 headed here soon, though. Come to Brasil! You would absolutely LOVE it, and I guarantee you will wind up changing your flight a couple of times to stay longer. Got the connections to get you gigs here, no shit. We all know each other, and if you haven't been here, well, get down here! The women alone will have you changing your flight(s). You are what's missing in Brasil! There's not any musician in Brasil that's not in our circle, all the very best, you name it.

Jerry rarely played steel string guitar. You may have his family member’s guitar.
