Changing Music on Hold in Avaya IP Office

hi sir , i follow the same teps and make the Music on hold , i face an issue that some time the music start from the middle and some time play correctly any idea about that

Use below audio format to make it work correctly.
File Type : WAV
Audio Sample Rate : 8kHz
Bit Rate : 128kbps
Audio Format : PCM
Audio sample size : 16 bit
Length : Up to 90 seconds.
Channels : 1 (mono)
