For those that are trying to add an extension number (quick contact) to the phones home screen. You can do this on the phone itself (as well as the software on your computer). First you need to go into your contacts (picture of man button), then find the person within your contact you want to have on your phones home screen (or make a new contact if they are not already in there) and create them into a quick contact by pressing "Details" then "+Contact". They will now be a quick contact. Go back to the very start home screen and hold down the button where you want their name to go and press "Add" then "contact", then you will notice the person you just made a quick contact will now be an option you can select. I hope this helps others as none of the instructions I found online or RUclips told anyone this.
