i just realised you call "three S" to the tripple S bluebird. that's very Japanese! loved the white all original bluebird. finally one without a brido seat and a momo steering wheel. even the radio kinda blends in with the harmony even though i'll rather get a lonesome car boy from the era. really nice :)
Last time I was at the drags I saw a late 60's Dodge Dart (Actually and Aussie Valiant) with a Chevy big block. Side note: It didn't seem to run so hard.
Y for Yanky Mate! (Yes, pun intended here! In case anyone is unfamiliar with it: look it up...) Some nice car show you attended! Did you manage to get more answers out of those guys?
WasabiCars Haha! I guess I'm a too social person then. When I'm at a meeting (yes if I actually go there) I always get stuck taking to owners and never get the footage done... 😄
"Y" plates or as the Sagami Land Office Registration dept. called them "Yankee" plates. That always pissed me off when we had to go get the car inspected and I could overhear them talking about us, calling us Yankee. Old school Japan didn't like US Military personnel and their brat kids. Maybe it's still the same or even worse now.

THanks :)
Nice Video....I used to own a 180B in Kuwait back in 1980!!! Used to be 4 door and red in color. No SSS Though.
Thank you. I think my Grandma had the same car. Maybe bright orange though. ;-)
Great vid ad always. Love the 510. The bronze wheels on the orange Celica look awesome. Tell me what does kyusha mean, pls?
Hey, Andrew. Kyusha (旧車) just means old car. But, I guess I used it to mean old, Japanese cars.
Sacrilege, Toyota motor in a Datsun! What next, a Chevy V-8 in a Mustang? Pretty cool old JDMs, LOVE them old Datsun 510s.

I didn't, Art. I'm too much of an unsocial person. I get my footage and go. Lol, plus I never go in-depth with the cars I feature.
