Very good video. It helped me solve a problem with a sheet metal sketched bend. As you know you cannot mirror Sketched bends themselves. So on a X/Y symmetric rectangular part I drew only one quarter of it with a sketched bend. Then used the second method, the body method to make mirrored X and then Double Y copies. Worked great.

He mirrored features and bodies to be added features to a part, he did not make mirrored parts, such as in configurations,
