  • This video shows you how to I installed wire mesh bumper grills on the front bumper of my Porsche Boxster 986. I used the same method to install them on my new rear bumper as well.

    U have no idea how many crapy ways i had to watch people secure their mesh screen until i saw your video lol. Perfect video tho, easy cheap way to do it and your car is wrapped to so i feel confident putting a drill bit to it lol👌 i now have a easy project for today.

    Why would anyone do that kind of backyard hillbilly hack job to a Porsche I mean if you can afford a Porsche then you should be able to afford a nice professional custom grille

      What you did works. No issue personally. Though I might have used industrial glue or clear epoxy along the posterior ridge of where you mated the mesh to the bumper. Of course tape off the front side to avoid drip or leaks. Seam sealer might even have worked. It's less viscous. But it's about what you want to spend, experience, preference etc. Either way it works.
