I would love to see more vids on creating your own texture brushes in AI as well as using bitmaps as textures. Just to show that there alternative options to using noise/gradients.
Satori Graphics I would love to see some UI videos. I’ve been thinking about creating a 3D animation to use on a webpage, so a video on that would be rad! I enjoyed this tut and will use these tools for my next web design project.
You can use an action command with recording of shear skew and rotation to make iso design. Its an alternative to this video also. What suit best then its gonna your niche
Well you can also do that shading without doing everything manually.Just create the isometric top from 3D Bevel and distort then all you have to do is expand that particular object and you’re good to go and adjust shadings manually for each.
Like I said in the video you can do it with effects, but I prefer to have each side and segment separate, so I can adjust things and move them around later. Just a personal workflow habit
Hello! Great tutorial. I have a question about what was demonstrated at the 5:40 time stamp. How did u make the anchor points fit the shape? rn mine is not fit to the shape, instead, it's just a flat square bounding box
hey thanks for the comment. Try both of these techniques. Either select the shape entirely, and then come up to object and expand, or expand appearance. Also you can try to select the shape, then come up to Transform > Reset Bounding Box.
Great video, if you can design a logo mockup template design tutorial I appreciate that. like auto-adjust all presets when we load vector objects or our png logo.
Great video! I was trying this method on the recent illustrator 2022 but once I expanded the appearance the outline mode didn't reveal the shapes in it's isometric form. Was there something else that needed to be done for this to happen?
i guess im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a trick to log back into an Instagram account? I stupidly forgot my account password. I would love any assistance you can give me
@Adam Denver i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and im in the hacking process atm. I see it takes a while so I will get back to you later with my results.
Hi Satori! im having a problem with the 3D isometric features. When i expand the 3d object and try to snap it to the isometric grid, i realize the object is not perfectly isometric. is there a way to fix this issue?
Hey satori, very good video. I think it would be very cool if you make a video on twitch graphic design, like overlays and this sort of things, just an idea :)
I suggest you to use the Generate - Coolors web site. It's very helpful when you need a color palette. It's completely free and customize. Here's the link in case you're interested : ada0a6-ffeddf-dfe9af-7d938a-f9e7e7
@anyone, I find that when I use this method, the edges don't line up exactly - 1. make 270x270 px square, made 3 copies 2. apply isometric top/left/right presents (-45,-35, 30 degrees) with no shading or extrusion depth Is that normal for the edges not to meet exactly, or am i messing something up? Thanks for this tutorial, I had no idea this tool existed!!! wowww
@@SatoriGraphics well, since I left a comment like this, I'd say very old ahaha. Using the grid it's still the best option to me (until I'll buy a new pc or mac) ahaha
Maybe it's Illustrator's fault, but why does it look like none of the lines are straight, especially the gray bars of text? Or is it just an isometric illusion?
Welcome back everyone. What do you want to see on this channel throughout April? Stay safe and hope you are doing ok in isolation wherever you are
May be a video or two about UI /UX Design ??

Satori Graphics more logo design processes

Probably one of the best tutorials I have ever watched! Thank you so much
great job, one of the best learning channels on RUclips Satori, Thank you so much

Thanks! Your videos are super helpful. I looked it up; a sudden inexpressible feeling of inner understanding or enlightenment. Powerful brand name!
I love this, thank you, as always, for another great video and for the insight
Thanks for the solid feedback Marta :)
Hope you have a great day

For some reason I can't get the right side - the one you didn't show, in the right orientation... Could you explain how I should do it?
same here trying to figure it out now
@@FLLLLTBEEP If I remember right you have to rotate it before doing the extrude thing
@@martafonseca5475 oh ok that makes sense. thank you for responding back!
Enjoyed it! Could you make a video that expands upon the expand option you used? Thanks,
hey thanks, I sort of did make that video. You can search Satori Graphics Expand into RUclips, it should come up
That was amazing dude!! thanks 🥳👍
Great tutorial mate. Well done!
thanks a lot Daniel, I appreciate it!
Thanks for the content🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Nice design isometric
that was so useful to me
Always happy to help :)

I know this tutorial is a year old but there is an option in the same 3D menu which is specifically for rotating objects in the 3d space
its awesome ... Keep rock , i'm waiting for more Videos \\\ Design your future today . Thanks
hey thanks a lot, enjoy your day
There's a lot of smarts trick , that can be really helpful ;) thanks a lot ^_^
Cool 👍
hey thanks and you have the first comment
Again an amazing video.
Do you provide the color swatches or their respective RGB numbers?

Hey can you make a tutorial on the last background you used in this video the one with glowing circle, pink line grid with purple background.
Awesome video. Tell me any animation websites about logo but no watermark.
I don't actually no any I am afraid. You can get that done on Fiverr for a really small amount of money
Wish you best of luck.
thanks very much :)
Love the content! Keep it up. I would be really interested in any tutorials you might come up with on animation using Adobe products
i guess im asking the wrong place but does any of you know a trick to log back into an Instagram account?

Thanks man this is great ^^
I will take part in the logo design competition 😼
You have until Friday to send the logo in 👍
Wow..
I hope i am able to make it..
I think you will do just fine with this one Neeta :)
amazing ^^ thanks!
Can I do isometric lettering with it too?
Great video! :)

Hi Satori graphics what is best online platform for graphic designers
Tanks a lot
I like your voice 😁❤️
How did you animate it? :)
My motion graphics editor did in After Effects
Where can I download those colors? Color things really hard for me

Try to use 3d rotation instead of 3d extrude, it'll solve the problem AFAIK.
How did you do the animation at the end?
Here is some example to animate i found: Motion in illustrator | كيفية التحريك في الإيلستراتور
This is a great alternative but using 3D it's not ok for some Macbook as mine xD
haha, well it depends on what Macbook you are using exactly :P

When I drag the extrude slider down to zero the entire shape disappears.
This tutorial is to remake for the 2023 version. Adobe has changed many things in 3D Extruder.
App designs with best UI
Great video. Can I ask why you don’t use the depth tool in the 3D options instead of manually drawing the faces?
Maybe it's Illustrator's fault, but why does it look like none of the lines are straight, especially the gray bars of text? Or is it just an isometric illusion?
my problem isn't making isometric design, but thumbnailing concepts.
👍👍👍👍
There are easiest ways to do this 😄
we explore all ways on this channel. I have shown 4 different isometric methods now I think, or maybe 5
