I just bought one and it does not have the Bupa 100 mark. Could it be a non-original product?

There's no noise cancelling on this wireless microphone. You can use the dead cat for passive noise cancelling.

I don't think so as the DJI OSMO Action 3 doesn't have a 3.5mm audio port
will the charging case work for the Boya BY-XM6 S1/S2?
I'm not too sure as I doesnt have the S1/S2 and I'm not sure BOYA selling that case separately
One of my transmitters does not really pickup my voice as well as the other transmitter. Do you know why? And how do u think i can fix this? Thankyou!
Do check the receiver is connected to the transmitter. You can check the user manual or download it from the website on how to pair them. If it doesn't work, you may need to return it back to the shop that you purchased for warranty claim
Will it work with Teams?
For sure! As long your PC/laptop has a 3.5mm audio port.
How can it work on smartphones with no jacks?
You would require a DAC convertor, for example, USB C to 3.5mm with DAC. BTW, BOYA do have wireless microphone for mobile phone (USB C or Lightning)
