There is a third suit option to work from. The G.I. Joe from the Life Magazine John Glenn set is also a three zipper style fabric suit and the helmet is more accurate than the other ones. (it at least has two mics).

If you buy Juicy Fruit Gum and separate the silver aluminum from the paper on each stick of gum, you will have perfect lightweight foil to glue and patch the spacesuit. Nyms

Hi and thanks! I am working on a vacuum-forming for the visor…just watch for it on our website, www.fullearthworkshop.com.
In the meantime, sections of polycarbonate bottles can sometimes be repurposed. Just look for spherical sections.

I don’t sell the files, but I DO have new, lower priced hardware on the website. Many scales from full size to 1/6.
