Beamer Germany that place is much more strict then here in the states. Plus in my state there is no emission testing. So we are free to do what we like on our cars
Drive Miami In germany you get pulled over automatically if you chance your wheels or ride height.. if the modifications are without any paperwork for them the car gets towed to the next checking station of the famous TÜV and they'll decide if you need to change it back to factory condition or not. Long story short, in most cases the car isnt legal if its too loud, too low or has too big wheels on it. Sucks man

I’m running 18x10.5 in the rears in my e46 coupe already rolled the fenders and pulled them and I’m still rubbing even driving down the road my wheels lip is getting scratched bye my fender idk why the coilovers compress so much how can I stiffen the back please help !!!
I have a question I have a 04 325 xi . u think this size wheels will work on my car 18x9.5 . 35 offset in front and 18x9.5 .22 offset in rear . I don't know what offset will work I hope u know.

Was the rear fender wide like that from factory or were they pulled. I'm looking to put some 18x11's on my 08 M35 but the body is completely straight. They dont flare out at all and I really dont want to have to cut my cut and put on fender flares. I rather have them pulled if possible

Hey bro, i have an e46 sedan. I want to lower it but my problem with the car is that it’s a 330xi. AWD. Any suggestions on how i can lower it?
Awd bmws usually are a bit of a pain to lower but just install coilovers and adjust the height you should be ok. Your tires will start to have camber wear. If you don't want camber you would have to get camber plates, arms, ext.
i have a lowered 330xi, i went with kw v1 made for the xi. comes with the custom sway bar links as well. i also added camber plates and the ride quality is pretty good so far. if you try and slam it just make sure your front cv axles have new boots with hose clamps to prevent them from coming off.
XI's do not like to be lowered due to the angle of the CV. You can lift the engine a hair to get the axles more level, but just do not expect to slam it like a RWD. These other comments are funny..

Bass Red not necessarily, the tire size or brand will make only a slight difference if the tire of a soft or hard compound. But the wheel size itself is too big. So you have to pull fender to make it fit
