Then throughout the rest of the stream he kept on saying that people and things looked like witches. Then when he unlocked that persona, he said it looked like a witch, and the first line of its description says that it's a witch.
Oh they don't, it's just something Joe started saying a lot when he streamed persona 4. I made this video before anyone outside Joe's audience started watching my videos, so I expected them all to get it.
